I do like your pens. They feel good in my hand, write smoothly and the finished product looks really good. I love to practice my handwriting and you’d are a good pen to do that. I have small hands and your pen fits my hand just perfectly thus making writing easier.

Der Füller mit der besseren Feder schreibt schon gut, wenn auch nicht ganz so, wie ein echter Kalltgrafuefüller. Der Tintenfluss ist gut. Es macht Freude damit zu schreiben.

Keine Rückmeldung auf Stornierung. E-mails werden komplett ignoriert. Keine Angabe über Firmensitz. Finger weg!

I would give a zero if I could. I like someone else wished I had read these reviews before I bought the pen. It took weeks to be delivered. I sent several emails to their customer support to enquire about the delivery but they never responded. I eventually received it to find it is completely useless and nothing like they described on their website. The ink doesn’t flow and the nib just scratches the paper. Again I’ve sent several emails to their support and still no reply. I have posted a message on their facebook page to ask the question about the ink flow and that the pen is not as described but it has been removed and they have now blocked me from posting anything on the site. Please save your money and don’t buy from this company. It would be great if they would just refund my money.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Received a pen whose coloration ("Black Rose") was just plain black. No red or rose in the body.

Wrote to ask for a refund within a few weeks but no answer. Decided to try the pen today. What a joke. It spit ink to start. Provides no gradation in width while writing and scratches the paper. Don't waste your money.

I just received my Executive Vibe Flex nib pen. This pen is one of the worst writing pens I have ever used. The nib is pure garbage. The body is not too bad, though I haven't fully disassembled it to replace the junk nib yet.

I purchased the pen after taking extensive Copperplate writing courses and find the pen wonderful after a break in period, The pen will clog up during use but this is normal for all Copperplate Knibs. I found that a little cap of water that the knib can be dipped in gets the ink flowing again. Then tap the knib on a waste sheet before starting to write again and it works perfectly. Use of the pen is a plus instead of using a regular knib with regular Calligraphy ink is that you no longer have to dip the knib in the ink after printing short words. The ink is in the pen and will alleviate constant dipping. I'm sure that if I had not had proper calligraphy training, I would have not learned to like the pen as much as I do now.

Don’t buy from This company.
I was really exited when I received the pen as a gift. From the very start the ink flow was terrible, the nib to sharp. The service team pointed me to their manuals with zero result. I thought trying another nib would solve the problem.
That was when the problems really started. I couldn’t extract the original nib. I mailed the company at least a dozen times. No answer.
This is the worst American owned company I ever encountered. It’s a total scam.

This pen comes with a G nib. Initially the pen had serious ink flow issues. I was able to solve the problem by replacing the original ink with Monteverde ink for fountain pen.

The pen comes with a nib replacement. This is a standard nib for regular writing, not copperplate calligraphy. The regular nib works fine and has good ink flow with the original.

The pen feels good to the hand. Its weight is balanced and well distributed. This is great for Copperplate Calligraphy.

Pen did not work properly from the start. I’ve primed and did all the things listed in the manual. I’ve tried to co Taft them multiple times with no response from them. Do not buy this terrible product!

Non comprate! La penna è bella, ma non scrive, il pennino di ricambio risulta danneggiato, ho provato a scrivere mail e contattato attraverso il form del loro sito, ma mai ricevuto risposta. Ho il terrore che se mando indietro la penna perderò anche i soldi della spedizione. INAFFIDABILI!

I received one of their pens as a gift. It has not worked from day one. Ink flow is inconsistent and I get two thin lines when I should get a thick line. I have tried contacting them using their website and have never received a reply. Save yourself some heartache and do not order one of their pens.

Thank you everyone for the reviews. My wife tried to buy a pen for her sister for. Christmas. Her credit card blocked it as fraud. She asked to use mine, and as soon as she told me the name I thought it sounded fishy. A quick Google search and these reviews made it easy to go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY! I ordered the StoneGraph Executive Flex Nib Fountain Pen. Arrived in a reasonable time, nice looking pen, but was absolutely unfit for purpose, despite using a proprietary ink and quality paper. I notified the company via email asking to return the pen. Well that was a saga in itself! They asked for a short video demonstrating the problem with the pen, which was ‘railroading’ and which I duly sent. They then replied asking what ink I was using despite the ink bottle being shown in the video, then they offered me an alternative nib. I told them that the product wasn’t fit for purpose and requested a return address, stating I wanted a refund. Each time I asked, they didn’t give a return address. I raised a claim with PayPal, the seller did not respond to my message but PayPal asked me to return the pen and supplied an address in Australia! The cost to return was a little under £16 tracked. It’s been 14 days since the seller received the pen and PayPal have finally found in my favour, I have received a refund. Out of pocket for the return postage, but a lesson learned! (almost two and half months to resolve the issue). The same pen (different nib) can be purchased for under £10 on Amazon. The promos for the pen are highly misleading and the company is IMO disreputable, don’t waste your money!

Delivery took about three weeks, which is acceptable.
I don't use the pen much for writing, but more for sketching. And I am very happy with the pen! It is possible to draw extremely fine to very coarse lines. Exactly what I was looking for.

I could just bang my head on the wall for not reading the TP reviews before I bought from these scammers. Don't trust the positive reviews. This is yet another online scam from China. I did receive the order eventually, but one pen was missing, and the rest was a joke. I have been using fountain pens my whole live and own several high end and middle range pens. This company is not even in the low range. Now, I am trying to get my money back through PP. Wish me luck... I can't believe I was so stupid...

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! When i received my pen it didnt work from the start. I contacted customer service and had several back and forth emails with Ishi to try to troubleshoot what might be the issue. After trying her solutions none of them worked. All I wanted was a replacement pen or refillable cartridge and suddenly crickets! DO NOT waste your time and money!!!!!These people obviously dont stand behind their product.
