I am not a member but went on a trip purchased at a charity auction. I was blown away by the service and the quality of the home where we stayed in Grand Cayman. Absolutely everything was taken care of for us - grocery shopping, arranging dinner reservations, transport from the airport, a boat rental. Our dedicated concierge checked in on us just enough. What's amazing is you get your own 4 bedroom home with a pool but you also get access to the four seasons - tennis courts, club house etc. It's the best combination. We will seriously consider joining, we have friends who really love it and have been members for years.

The experience was an absolute disaster and nowhere near what my husband and I expected. The outrageous cost of membership was a complete waste of money. From the very start, we were met with rude staff who treated us like second-class citizens, as if we did not belong there. It was humiliating and infuriating to be disrespected like that. Management is pathetic for failing to train their staff properly, and the treatment we received was insulting beyond words. This is not what we paid for, and no customer should ever be treated this way.
