Great products

Did not get all my envelopes got only $3.60 back for refund which it cost more to buy envelopes to be able to send invitations out. Very dissatisfied with overall service/order and results. Would not recommend to anyone to order from company.

I ordered a hanky for the bride to be given to her at her bridal shower. I wanted ivory embroidery on a white hanky. What arrived was white on white, so it was practically invisible! I wrote to Exclusively Weddings and they asked me to send a photo...I did so and they must have agreed with me because they said they would do it over in the ivory as requested and send me a second hanky. The second one arrived and it was EXACTLY the same as the first one! I've written again and asked for my money back, and I have gotten NO reply this time. Now I have 2 hankies that I can't use for the purpose for which they were ordered...bummer!

I ordered a ring bearer picture frame and it was damaged, they offer to replace at half price, I order bridesmaid gift bags, they are poor quality and the names were handwritten with a markers, I am not even going to use it, they look cheap. the cake topper is smaller than expected.

I ordered pink totes for all my bridesmaids and they were great quality for the price. They were on sale for about $6 a piece and the they came with their names embroidered on them. The embroidery was very nice. Overall, I was very satisfied with my order and felt like I got a deal!

The invites came perfectly packaged, and are of good quality. I liked the paper. There was one invitation set put together for me to see how to put the rest together. I was happy with the delivery time.

Order arrived on time (and with more cards than we even ordered). Customer service was helpful when I needed to change the order to a rush job.

First, several days after I placed my order I got an email saying they had trouble processing my payment, but when i called they seemed to have cleared the server problem. Then the product was not packaged very well when it arrived. I love the kissing bells though and couldn't beat the price! I am just glad they made it in one piece.

I ordered toasting flutes and wanted them each to be personalized with something different and larger font (they're for pictures so I wanted to be able to see what was written). I emailed and called and both times CS said it was all set. Great, right?! Well, they came in the mail and although they were personalized with the right sayings, the font was too small. So they completely disregarded my two requests even though they said I was 'all set'. I am so angry. Since then I have tried calling and emailing because they have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and conveniently no one has answered my calls or emails.

I had a list of things I wanted to purchase as my wedding got closer but I might have to take my business elsewhere.

I purchased the measuring spoons for my daughters bridal shower. They came beautifully packaged and were reasonably priced. They were a hit at the luncheon! Something everyone can always use.

I love my invitations of Calla Lilies. The ecru paper and brown ink looks wonderful. The napkins are perfect and my engraved cake service is beautiful. Turned out better than I expected . Recommend it to everyone.

I got this for my 5 groomsmen and everything looks good and as I ordered it. The only concern I have is how long will the initials remain on the keychain.
