Since I am not from the U.S, I was concerned about my distribution and format possibilities. The team at Exclusive Book Publishes provided me with paper and digital copies of my book and also made sure that my book is available in all big stores. Their help regarding ISBNs, metadata, and categorization really simplified the whole complicated procedure.
If there was a negative number that I could put on here, I would do it. They did the work to get my book completed, included covering everything and it's actually a very good work. Then they completely abandoned me and did not even send me copies of my work, including the 60 copies of all three of my books so that the people who pre-ordered could have theirs. They quit answering my calls, texts, emails and everything else. And they kept telling me that it was coming, it's coming. My book is being sold on Amazon under another authors name and they are banking the profits off the book. The profits were supposed to go to my high school athletic program, so essentially, they're taking money from kids at our schools that will be used for athletics. I wouldn't recommend them to the devil.
This is a scam company. They never provided any quality work. Would not answer phone calls. I ended up publishing on my own.
Additionally, Felix Wynn, tried to negotiate an illegitimate contract with Barnes and Noble where I let $2000 to get the book on their shelves. Barnes and Noble confirmed this was a scam.
Do not use this company.
My experience with Exclusive Book Publishers has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Some of my books were never properly edited despite the services that were promised. The project manager (Jason Cole) assigned to me by Sam Ally became unreachable, and several of my emails were not going through. I had CC Roy Gordon and no any respond.
I communicated my concerns directly to Sam Ally and requested a phone call to discuss the issues, especially since all work was supposed to be completed and handed over to me by February 1, 2026. Unfortunately, I never received a call or meaningful updates regarding my projects.
In addition, my books appeared on different platforms, but I was never provided with proper access to track or receive earnings from those platforms. As an author, transparency, communication, and accountability are very important, and I did not experience that during this process.
Based on my personal experience, I encourage authors to thoroughly research any publishing company before signing agreements or making payments. Make sure you maintain written documentation, verify distribution access, and clearly understand your rights as an author before proceeding.
This company has provided me with excellent service their execution was smooth communication was timely and professional and they truly made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended!
