We started our journey to own a small piece of land in Australia back in 2019. It was in 2019 when we had paid a deposit for a land that was supposed to be titled in late 2020. Little did we know what would come with it, with setting up the mortgage being one of the biggest decisions we had to make in our journey. It was then when we meet Suvidh Arora to look at setting up the best possible loan structure for us. Suvidh guided us throughout the process and answered all our questions in a very effective and efficient way. After we finalized our loan structure, then it was equally important to execute the plan. For that Kat Tunnock from his team made things so much easier for us. She was very proactive in her communications with us and was there to answer any question we had with regards to the progress of our application. Suvidh and his team are a group of very passionate individuals and we could see that when interacted with Suvidh and Kat. The most important part of it was that they are very transparent in their communication. Suvidh not only helped us with our mortgage but also gave us a very sound advice on other things related to our built which was really appreciated. We couldn't have gone past Suvidh and Kat to set up our mortgage.

We are repeat customers. It's rare to have a mortgage broker (in our experience) that can also speak intelligibly on financial modelling as means to make smart, data driven decisions into what we should buy and how should we finance it. Suvidh has the distinctive advantage of being a former investment banker, so his analytical skills are sharp and trustworthy.

I am Yana's partner who already wrote a review, and I will echo how refreshing it was to have someone think holistically about our loans, noticing we had an investment property loan that could be re-financed and achieve significantly better interest rates, plus he worked diligently to execute the re-finance in time to receive a $2000 cashback bonus that helped cover the fees from our old bank.

Suvidh made himself personally available to go through signing all the right pages and double-checking we had all actions completed in order to make the settlement move as fast as possible. His associate Priya was also helpful during the process and pushed on the banks to close out the process so we could move forward.
