Evri am still waiting for my parcel due yesterday? You sent an email sometime after 21:20,, you said you would deliver today? Today I’ve received nothing from your tracking information this is typical service nowadays. You have got to be the absolute worst courier service I’ve come across and it’s been a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. Even your automated system is wrong. This is constant disappointment and lately it seems they don’t know what is going on with their website services the. Automated system so many issues it’s ridiculous and a complete joke. Even looking at your activity on trust pilot, you don’t bother to read the reviews, the reviews have gotten worse over the last 12 months and you have replied to none! This is trust pilot information I’m stating so Give up!!Evri formerly Hermes you can’t keep charging your name to hide your failures! Sell up retire do something us customers deserve better and what you have to offer! Fed up waiting on parcels that never come when they advised me it’s out for delivery now they say still with sender! Absolutely frustrated customer,

At what point are you going to respond to the extraordinary level of complaints on the quality of your delivery service? Regrettably 'guided' to send two parcels through eBay's 'preferred' carrier and BOTH lost - to two separate addresses. I am amazed that a NYSE listed Company would want to remain associated with such an unreliable partner. Without exception now, every one of my buyers effectively instructs me NOT to use Evri. Normally I take reviews with a pinch of salt but sir, the toxicity of your delivery performance and customer reviews serves as a massive AVOID.

Since I been shooping online, i never had problem with delivery. Sometimes it is delayed a bit but not lately when sellers are using EVRY. There was few incident that it says on the tracking that my parcel were delivery, in fact it was'nt??? If i can avoid this courier for my orders online, I Will!!! Wont recommend to any seller at all!

Well here we go again, I placed an order on the 26 th of August tracking stated dispatched 27th August, 13- 03 Evri tracking stated we have your package, its now 4th of September still not delivered, ..customer service has tried to find out where my order is but to no avail, this company is getting Worse, 9 days they've had my package, what the heck are they playing at,????

Lost my first parcel of expensive shoes. The company I bought from have replaced them but these seem to be lost as well. Funny how it is the expensive things that go missing not the more cheap ones.
Useless untrustworthy lot

Avoid using Evri at all costs. In future I’m happy to pay extra to a competitor to ensure my parcel gets delivered.
I was expecting 3 parcels to be delivered last week. 1 of 3 have completely gone missing and does not even show any further updates or comms. Interestingly enough they were a designer pair of trainers so I wouldn’t be surprised if they have been stolen. So now a week later after my intended delivery slot I have to wait a further 48hours for them to investigate. My other 2 parcels I receive an update every day saying that my parcel will be delivered in the evening. However every evening I receive another update saying they were unable to deliver and will re-attempt the following. I can’t even make this up but I’m still waiting on them after almost 9 days hahaha. Evri is an absolute joke I encourage everyone to avoid them it’s worth paying that extra bit to use a professional and reliable delivery service. They literally do as they please and there is no priority system for deliveries they want to re-attempt.

It is very rare that Evri deliver our parcels to our individual apartments in our retirement block. Instead, the dump our valuable orders outside the main building for any passer-by to find, or stuffed inside a tiny box meant for newspapers. There is even a notice on the box saying it is unsafe to leave parcels there. They make no attempt to ring our apartments from the electronic board by the outside doors. If they did, we can open the door remotely for them to enter. They never turn up for booked collections either. I have booked 3 collections in the last 4 days for the same parcel and still no-one has shown up. Many of us here are disabled, have multiple health conditions and some only have a short time to live. Get your act together Evri. And teach your drivers to read.

Yet again another delivery not happened. The current driver is either stealing my parcels or so unless they fail to see they can be tracked. This is the fourth parcel that has failed to be delivered since early August. I have received proof of delivery photos of hedges absolutely now proof of delivery. Photos taken inside the van. Getting a response from Evri is impossible. I have tried phoning, leaving messages, live chat. Nothing. What a sh#t company. Suppliers and customers please don't use.

Evry Company is rubbish

So you had the time to get back to me on Trust Pilot, to save faces on the online platform, but no one has still gotten back to me on the issue that your incompetent driver created in the first place?
I left you my tracking number, I called, I made enquiries, and all I receive is a lousy reply on Trust Pilot and no solid action taken to fix the problem?

The most unreliable delivery company in the UK, known for their unprofessionalism and poor service. They consistently fail to deliver on time and sometimes don't deliver at all.

They changed the name but still as bad
The driver dumps parcels all other in communal areas.
After giving feedback it still happened as they clearly do not address this
I won’t bit of the company uses Evry and will refund my order if they are the company.

They delivered my heavy 87 quid parcel and left it near the entrance to the yard of my block of flats, basically they left it on the street near the bus stop, didn't even ring me

What can I say about Evry. The absolute worst of the worst. What was the point of changing their name from Hermes. My delivery was due on the 3rd July from Debenhams. Now it saying your parcel has been delayed we’re working on it to get on it’s way next working day. It’s 7th today 20:30. I hate you Evry and every time I see a company I order with using your service my heart sinks.

Once again Evri have maintained there tradition of keeping my parcels, I made two separate purchases using PayPal of a single pink golf ball and a single blue golf ball so amusingly the driver who clearly has my parcel still will be very disappointed because a blue golf ball will mean nothing to him.
Unfortunately, is a gift for somebody else which would mean a lot more to them than it would anybody not delivering my parcel which is good because they have not delivered my parcel. I received the pink one which was all ordered on the same time at the same day as the blue one and the pink ones surprisingly turned up with a very polite and well spoken Driver the blue one however has not. I leave the details below apparently it is still in transit but that is very unlikely. Congratulations I'm now £4:68
out of pocket have to work out how the hell to get my money back through PayPal and I have to find another golf ball from somewhere else which is not easiest you would think to find in the first place. 
if you get bored this is a tracking number which should have no help whatsoever to me because a app does not recognise it when I go to PayPal and be the Evri everyone suggested still in transit so no one's making any sense whatsoever. I'm trying to pretend to be surprised here. 
As an update the golf ball has finally arrived !!

so although incredibly slow, I must say thankyou to the driver for his efforts and adjust the star rating to be fair and balanced.

The parcel H020AA0257880291 not arrived from 9th July and H05UQA0013556517 looks like delivered by the courier nick the parcel.

Amazon pick up. Nothing from them. They simply not turning up.

Not sure where to start. My item worth over £500 got delivered by Evry damaged.
I hard to refund the buyer and have been trying to get it collected from the buyer with Evry since then. 2x failed attempts and the 3rd one just got cancelled for some reason, and no notification, or explanation to why and by who. I have tried to complain, but no response back from anyone. This is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever come across and I honestly don’t know how this company is still in business.

used to be a better service but now getting worst and worst, the guy doing the shedules must be completely incompetent.
