Evolution Properties Recenzje

Wouldn't use another agent.
Always forthcoming and honest with advice and information; highly recommend.

Great experience overall as a seller with Evolution Properties. Communication was timely and supportive, making the process as easy as it could be.

Evolution Properties have provided me with excellent service, good advice and ongoing support for the last eleven years.
Their management and letting service provides excellent vetting services an they keep me updated with the newly announced governments renters reform act.

Second time I have used Evolution properties and the service has been excellent once again. I chose them to rent my property and they concluded the whole process very efficiently. From the taking pictures and marketing the property to the viewings and finding a tenant the referencing and them subsequently moving in, it has taken just over a month which is amazing. I would like to thank all the Evolution team in particular Harry who started the process to Tayla who arranged all the finishing touches. Their knowledge and advice has been invaluable, their friendliness and professionalism is very much appreciated too. They were always there to answer any questions I had, also keeping me in the loop every stage of the process. If you are looking for any kind of estate/letting agent service I would highly recommend giving Evolution Properties a call.

I have been with Evolution since their inception. Never any issues with them at all. Super efficient and professional. Any issues with my rental are swiftly resolved.
Evolution have always found me very good tenants, which has made a rental investment a lot easier to manage.

With Evolution Properties you get a personal service. The staff are like: 'on the phone and email family', they know the issues and flag up anything you need to know. The staff are very patient, and in my case very patient and kind. I don't know what Id do without them. Definitely recommend.

I have been dealing with this company week to week for nearly 2 years now and have found them to be very good and efficient. Andrew, the manager is straightforward, honest and ethical and a pleasure to deal with.

Evolution has managed my property for the past 13 years from when i moved to Spain. They have effectively dealt with all that comes with letting out a property, including finding me ideal tenants and keeping me updated and dealing with any problems or related issues that comes with renting a property. I am 100 percent happy with Roy and his team and i am so pleased that i found such a reliable, friendly and professional agent.

With my property being in a prime location I had a number of agents to choose from.

Due to needing help with renovations (cosmetic, electrical, plumbing) which Evolutions helped with I decided to use their letting services.

I've never regretted it

My first contact with Evolution was over the phone making enquiries as to selling my bungalow.

Questions were answered clearly and the response from the company gave me faith that my property would be in good hands.
I went ahead and engaged Andrew and his team.

Photographs taken board up and a stream of potential buyers were directed to the property.
Communication between us was good regular updates given. A dedicated team was assigned to us . A WhatsApp group set up enabling bookings arranged and queries answered

Despite the current financial circumstances Andrew and his team has successfully sold my property with another one placed with Evolution to also sell

I’ve been using Evolution for over 4 years now. I’ve always had Excellent service from Roy and his team: Michelle, Tayla, Debby and others. I’d recommend them without hesitation

Andrew and his team at Evolution are exceptionally good at what they do. With years of experience and a genuinely professional approach, it’s always a pleasure to deal with them.

I have both bought and sold my house through Evolution, and on both occasions the process was incredibly smooth, professional, seamless, and stress-free. They made everything feel easy from start to finish, and I couldn’t recommend Andrew and his team highly enough.

I have recommended them to friends and family time and time again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Been with Evolution for about 14 years with different properties Thank you. Your team has been consistently fast, attentive, and helpful whenever an issue arose. You genuinely go above and beyond compared to other letting agents, and we would recommend your service to anyone in a heartbeat.

A special mention goes to Tayla, who handled our checkout process. Tayla was exceptionally helpful, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire transition.

We wish you and the whole team all the very best for the future!
