Unfortunately my experience has not been a good one.

I am almost 4 weeks into the ordering of shoes that were supposed to be a Xmas present but arrived a couple of days ago.

The shoes that arrived are not the ones I ordered and despite attempts to contact them my concerns are not addressed and the delays in reply are frustrating.

The incorrect shoes that were sent are very nice but not what was ordered.

Disappointing from what could be a good company and product.

Best shoes ever, confortable, stylish and the quality is just superior. I am on my third pair and I love them. 😍

Money well spent..Comfortable and Stylish boots..very well made and the lavender color sole is awesome. Have received many compliments in the first week. Will look for some dress shoes next.

I can in all honesty say that the Eves & Gray shoes I purchased as a present for my husband have not disappointed, quite the opposite in fact - they are stylish, unique, comfortable and admired by everyone who sees them! I have nothing but praise for the company itself either: easy ordering, rapid dispatch and amazing packaging thank you so much!

Bought a pair of shoes for a wedding. The shoes arrived a day earlier than expected. The box and bag they came in were of very high quality, with a luxury brand feel. The shoes themselves fitted very well (size 9) and were very well made and stylish. They also sent me a free cobra shoe horn with was also very sturdy and good quality which was a pleasant surprise.
Very happy with the service and purchase.

Best stilettos I have ever worn, I can literally use them for hours without a pain because of the insole padding. I could wear them everyday, but I’m saving them for special occasions. Extra points for the cute shoebox with the mirror inside and for silver shoehorn, looks very beautiful and elegant in my wardrobe! Thank you, good job.

Im on my 2nd pair of Hellcats. They get commented on in meetings and I've bought the grey shade versions recently which my wife 'approved'. They are a slightly wider fit which suits me, I love them.

Bought 2 pairs now. Yes they are expensive but very well made, comfortable and a great fit.

This is by far the worst experience dealing with online customer services after purchasing a pair of shoes. I ordered my husband a pair of size 10 ‘sale’ shoes reduced to £199. Great! I read the terms and conditions as I was ordering these for an event, dispatched within 3-4 working days. After a week I sent an email querying a tracking reference. Tim responded with an email to say they were in production and he would chase these for me. We were getting closer to the event date and sourced shoes elsewhere and I sent another email asking to cancel my order. This where it started to get stressful. I was told because the shoes were in production I couldn’t cancel my order. How can a ‘sale’ ‘in stock’ shoe (according to the website) be in production? I was then told I should have had an email to confirm that they didn’t have the stock and they were being made and therefore they wouldn’t cancel my order. I rang the customer services number, again created by Tim who told me a lengthy story about how their shoes are manufactured with little profit and he would chase the order again for me. He then said he would ring me back. He didn’t. Another few days pass, no update on the cancellation and refund so I was left with no choice but to contact PayPal/credit card company. Lengthy email discussions with Tim again left me extremely stressed after all I should be able to cancel my order as I was not made aware of the extra time in production. Again I ordered a ‘sale’ ‘in stock’ shoe size 10 from their website. To this day the Morton Cognac is showing sale and in stock in a size 10.
I ordered these shoes on the 24th June. I didn’t receive a refund until the 5th of August. A month of stressful emails, phone calls and delays really isn’t what I expect from this company. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Proceed with caution.

Service and quality was fantastic. My only quibble is self inflicted and due to sizing which I hope to correct on my next purchase.
Until then I can only honestly give it 4 stars as opposed to 5 .

Is anyone else having communication issues with this company regarding undelivered orders

I ordered shoes of these guys took them 18 days to advise me that they had lost my shoes but this was after three emails to the customer care team. Once answered the Managing director messaged me to offer me a pair of shoes worth a extra 130 pounds more than the shoes I had ordered but his email was full of spelling mistakes bit of a poor show.
I had requested my money back five times and a whole month after taking my money I still have not had a refund so now I have raised a claim through my credit card company which cost me 1 hr on the phone.
Saved up as shoes was 225 pounds look great on the web site that's where it ends dreadful experience and sad to say I will never purchase anything from these guys ever again.
There emails are lies as they state I need to wait on PayPal to pay me when I bought through a credit card.

Nice looking shoes, but poor quality. Was really excited to be buying a new pair of Chelsea boots from Eves and Gray after searching the internet for a new pair. I loved the purple leather sole and look of the boots and was looking forward to seeing if they lived up to their comments of the most comfortable boot available. Unfortunately when they arrived I tried on the boots, I slipped the first boot on no issues but when I pulled the other boot on with the heel loop it snapped straight away. After the advised time for delivery, with no boot I chased up customer services. I got a quite curt response from customer services advising me again the lead time. Then within days my boots arrived with no further communications. When I had my issue with the new boots I contacted customer service again and this is where the company got even worse. I was bounced around different people who weren't very happy when I said I wanted by money back as wasn't confident the next pair wouldn't be the same quality. Eventually they advised me how to return my good and said I need to pay for them to go back via royal mail second class signed for post. I highlighted that under the consumer good act they were responsible for the return costs due to the good being faulty. I was told they would refund me the costs with my shoe refund. I did get my money back for the shoes after chasing them, but no refund for postage. I will be sticking to other makes in future and avoid similar Internet based firms

Most beautiful shoes. Fit perfect and look amazing. Every pair we’ve had have been outstanding quality and stand out from the rest. Customer service also 100% spot on and delivered next day. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting a quality pair of shoes that last
