Prompt response
The ream of lilac paper was a very good price and quality is good for printing the flyer. Response to the order was very prompt. Being a heavy weight product the cost of carriage increased the final price.

The first part of my order arrived a bit worse for wear, I contacted customer services and they couldn't be more helpful, I had forgotten abut the missing part for a few days, after contacting them again i got the rest the next day and a phone call to ensure it had arrived. 5 star service!!!! can't ask for much more. I bought replacement toner cartridges…
I bought replacement toner cartridges at an incredibly low price. Presumably these are recycled and refilled. They cost only 1/10th of the price of brand new cartridges. It will be interesting to see how long they last.
