25% year on year policy increase.

They have you trapped, and they know it. You can't leave, as you would lose cover. It's a legal scam. They ask you to ask to discuss, and literally tell you there is nothing they can do. If you do have to claim the excess and the extra the vets charge for using an insurance company mean you are paying a small fortune anyway. Don't waste your time. It's a rip off. Follow up: I did call them to query and see what could be done, nothing was the answer. Pay what we demand or leave "but we warn you pre-existing conditions wont be covered". they know they have you trapped, they don't care.

Appaling service

My claim took 7 stressful weeks to process.

My original claim seem to be lost in the abyss. 80 minutes of phone calls to Everypaw to try get this sorted. It was a small claim of £112. My claim dissapeared from the portal after two weeks.

I felt fobbed off from the very start, asked to 'call again tomorrow' or a ' file error' something wont open. Half of the staff I spoke to had no clue relaying messages from the claims team to myself to tell me what was needed. Every week I was told you had all the information needed and to wait 5 working days for me to then call and be told you have missing information. This happened over and over like one big loop, I got the information sent over straight away every time but over and over I was asked to wait 5 working days at least 5 times! It became a joke! I was told you had missing information from the vets several times when this was not true, they had been lost at your end.

The vets sent all the information needed but yet you kept asking. In the end I had to cut out the middleman and send all the invoices and history directly to you and ask you to acknowledge receipt of them every time.

Why did it take 8 weeks and 80 minutes of phone calls! I was on hand to get the information you needed straight away! Your staff were not being clear.

How did it go so wrong!? A formal complaint has been put in, I received the payment for the claim in the end but so much of my time and effort was put into doing your job!

Pinnacle Insurance you suck.

Make sure you check this before you have an unforeseen £6k bill for emergency surgery and they only pay out a portion of it despite the vet entering the full claim.

Zero loyalty to customers and prices adjust at short notice.

I haven't had to use them as yet🤞🤞. But purchasing insurance for our dog was easy. The cost played a big part but the insurance we got covered everything we might need.
Everything was fully explained.

Fantastic Company

The true truth about any Insurance Company is when you have to put a claim in. After seven years our lovely boy Emi suddenly started drinking excessively and after blood tests he was found to have very high calcium levels indicating possible Cancer. Everything happened so quickly and after being diagnosed with Lymphoma he became so ill and within two and a half weeks from him seemingly being healthy and well, our house is now so empty and we cannot believe what has just happened.

After just one call to Everypaw we were just advised to go onto the Paw Portal to make a claim. Just a few basic details and from then on, they were fantastic. Quickly paying out the initial cost and then again after we had to say goodbye to Emi, which was the hardest thing we have had to do.

We then received a lovely card from the Everypaw Team with condolences for our loss, which was a lovely and unexpected touch.

I cannot thank and praise Everypaw enough and if you are looking for a value for money Company who will look after you at the worst possible time with no fuss, then look no further than Everypaw Pet Insurance.

When we do get another dog, which I know we will, we will definitely be using Everypaw again.

I chose Everypaw for my beloved pet…

I chose Everypaw for my beloved pet Ruby as it covered everything we wanted for her. When she sadly passed 18/4/26 Everypaw made sure everything went smooth between the Vets and themselves. We were kept up to date with everything regarding insurance. And to top it all we received an absolute gorgeous sympathy card for Ruby. Brought tears to my eyes. We have another dog and wished we could have registered him but due to a pre existing condition we couldn’t insure him. Anyone looking for cover don’t go past Everypaw. Thank you once again.

Rejecting a claim and not being able to explain why

Nearly every single I submit a claim with everpaw im worried that they will decline it. Once again they have rejected a claim ive been on the phone arguing with there representative. My cat luna had surgery in 2023 to remove polyps from her ear they are gone i have a 2 ct scans to prove this point. The recent CT scan was due to my cat being ill and ive been told by 2 separate vets one of them a veterinary referral hospital called Blaise neither one of them has mentioned polyps in their CT scan reports. It is confirmed in the reports that it was an ear infection. I have recieved a letter a month after I submitted a claim that is over £2000 saying they have declined to pay due to Polyps being mentioned in 2023. So they have once again rejected a claim giving me no clear explanation as to why as I can prove there are no polyps present. The representative from everypaw kept saying well its because its linked to the polyps in 2023. The polyps are gone they have been surgically removed so they cant possibly be the cause of my cats illness in March 2026 and to say so is nonsense as the CT scan proves theyre still not present. Blaise are going to argue the point for me Monday if not then ill be going to the ombudsman once again. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK AT THE GOOGLE REVIEWS AS THEY ARE A MORE ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF MY EXEPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS. Use this company at your own risk.
