I have been on to tireappetite for the past few weeks from a different company. I have decided to use every med due to the way injections are ready and I don’t have to deal with syringes, but my experience so far has been horrible. I keep sending messages to their customer service to find out where is my order after a week of being charged and they keep saying I need to provide documents and when I go to the site to provide documents, there is no option to provide those documents then they asked me to send another request so they can technical department look into it, but I have not heard back and that was yesterday morning and the Customer Service over the phone told me she will get back to me in 30 minutes after being on the phone with her for almost an hour trying to figure out what’s going on so as of today I had asked him to refund my money and I will take my money somewhere else, but I did not hear back from them again, so I hope this review will help other people to realize it’s not easy to deal with this company as much as their advertising is very tempting.
— update: I finally got a hold of someone and asked to cancel everything. This is B S company that obviously has not only customer service issues but technical issues that can’t fix. They said my order couldn’t be filled because it was waiting for documentation from me!!! Well, I had to yell and tell them…. I KNOW!! Your system doesn’t allow me to add any documents and there is NO OPTION. SO JUST CANCEL! Found another company cheaper anyways!

After a very rocky start to getting my prescrition filled I was fortunate to have Ashley take care of me and immediately resolved all of the issues with communication. She get a 10/10 for extremely good customer service and follow up. I will request her evertime for any needs I may have in the future.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Never got product. I saw all the bad reviews online, still gave them a chance because I wanted the "PEN". I requested a cancelation, let's hope I don't have to bank block them.

Now I'm asking for a free month due to 2 jammed injections!!

I placed my order 30 days ago, I was approved and paid for the months worth of medicine.

I have yet to receive my medicine and their support team has been a nightmare to work with. They go days/weeks without responding. I have had to follow-up with them 10 times at this point with no resolve.

I have now requested to be refunded 3 times with zero movement.

I would not recommend to anyone at this point.

Easy to use, fast delivery

Never got to speak to a Dr or actual person. Everything was done on email. I was overcharged but they fixed that. I am skeptical of the medication and am afraid to use it. It was not packed with ice so it came hot. Just feeling like I wasted money.

I didn’t start my weight loss journey with Everymeds. I decided to switch due to them having a pen. My initial use the pen was extremely hard to push, after several injections my appetite was not suppressed at all, I actually gained weight back. When I got to the last dies there wasn’t enough for a full injection. I did contact them and was sent out a new one. Still, hard to push while giving the injection. Still not suppressing my appetite. I will give this one more month to see results. I was better off with my original company as I lost 40lbs and my appetite was suppressed. I feel like I’m binder eating.
