Summary:

They did a non agreed grooming and charged an extra £20 without any consent. They were judgemental and rude, showed a complete lack of professionalism and poor costumer service. Besides I felt discriminated due to not being English native speaker.
On a different note, I felt uncomfortable leaving my dog there as I could hear dogs barking and whining when I was outside. I never really liked their facilities,
consisting on a small room for all dogs with an even smaller outside concrete space, both used also for toileting.

Details of my experience follow:
I took my long haired dog (show type, English springer spaniel) because I wanted to remove the knots on his fur, many of them as a result of wearing a canicross harness. We agreed a price and a grooming style at drop off.
When I collected my dog they told me that ‘there had been a lot of problems’ without me having yet seeing my dog. They did not give me more details at this stage. After a few minutes, I was asked to sign a consent form that was translated into Spanish just because they assumed I could not understand English and needed google translator to communicate. They did not ask me if I wanted one. I declined to sign anything and requested to see my dog. Then I was told that they had to cut more hair than the agreed due to his very bad hair condition (they never called me to inform me of this or ask for my permission to be charged £20 extra, they just proceeded to shave). When I showed my discontent with how they had handled the situation and were treating me, they were extremely rude arguing that my dog was the worst dog they had ever had, that they had to defend dog welfare and implying that I neglect my dog... a very loved dog that goes on daily off lead walks + daily paid walks with dog walkers to the open field, professional weekly training, weekly canicross races and accompanies both me and my partner on every date out; eats high quality £100 homemade food but yes...had knotty fur and that is precisely the reason why we were requiring their services and looking for help in the first place.
I was offered a refund when I was leaving but after mistreating and insulting me and my dog, so I declined. They never apologised or accepted they did not follow the correct procedure.

I personally found their marketing campaigns nice that is all once being in there my whole perception of their business changed completely and was disappointed.

Based on my overall experience, I would never go back there again as there are definitely plenty of places out there that offer better services.

So glad we discovered Everydog, our Cocker loves it and we feel reassured every time we take her as she can't wait to go back. Thank you Luke and all the fab staff

Excellent doggy day care. All the staff genuinely love every dog that walks through their doors. Whether it’s a full day or half day doggy care you are after, your dog is guaranteed to have a fun filled time & will come away a very tired, but contented pooch.
I have no hesitation in recommending Everydog. Our 9 month old Boxer has only been a couple of times so far, but absolutely loves it & will definitely be a regular visitor.

Simply put our Dog loves going here, when we pull up at the crèche the excitement he shows is incredible. Great staff who clearly love the animals there and take great care of them. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our pup Betsy LOVES everydog crèche, and it’s a godsend for us. She’s so happy to see the staff and we love the updates throughout the day. We can see how active she’s been all day - from her activity tracker and the fact she goes straight to sleep in the car when she’s picked up! The ED set up is very professional and the opening hours mean we can put in a long day at work, guilt free and knowing Betsy is having a fab time and getting lots of fuss. She’s always so happy to see us when we pick her up, and when she brings arts and crafts home our hearts just melt!

Thanks to the ED team for showing our pooch so much love and affection & making sure she has the best time with her buddies

This is am excellent service, our 5 month Pup, a mad Cocker Spaniel loves going and thankfully after a full days play is actually exhausted.

The staff are brilliant and there are constant updates on FB and Instagram

I originally started taking Millie to Everydog to socialise her as a puppy, because she was nervous of other dogs. Although I don’t need ‘day care’ as I work from home, I’ve ended up taking her once a week for the past 9 months as she loves it so much, she drags me through the door in the morning and does a happy dance when the staff come out to get her.

Arthur loves Everydog. The staff are amazing and have a genuine love for the pooches. The dogs are stimulated all day and it’s really helped Arthur to socialise. If finances permitted he’d definitely go more often. I’d highly recommend the Creche!

Highly recommend EveryDog Creche to any dog owner. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgable and love each dog like their own, providing 5* service at all times. My dog joined the Creche as a young pup. He’s always so excited to see them in the mornings and comes home content and tired.

Extremely happy owner knowing my dog is well looked after whilst I’m at work. The regular updates on Facebook are amazing, seeing all the dogs enjoying their days together.

The on-site “spa” is so convenient and I’ve always been very pleased with how my show cocker spaniel is groomed. Chloe is so good with Bailey making him feel comfortable and relaxed.

I was totally impressed with this place before my two 1 year old dogs stayed. The drop off is easy, I was kept updated, they stayed all day then overnight and half day after..
came home so happy and the slept all afternoon... I will use them again, such a welcoming place, it’s playschool for doggy’s 🐾🐾 I’m now even more impressed.

Everyone there is friendly and the dog comes back knackered every time. Great place!!

Maple lives with an older dog so to see her running about with so many dogs and really socialising and just being a dog was amazing .. we will definitely put her in the doggy hotel again and maybe consider the crèche if finances allow

I found out about Everydog by accident after randomly chatting to the owner in the vets waiting room. The staff are so friendly and helpful and give lots of advice. It’s clear they love the dogs they look after. It’s been fantastic for helping socialise my puppy and getting her used to other dogs. Her confidence has come in leaps and bounds. Plus the puppy pamper she had today has left her so shiny and soft! They are so fab! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Every Dog! We have never used a doggy day care before but we now have two 6 month old whippets and I really wanted to socialise them as they are super friendly. I can honestly say it is amazing and the girls love it! They come home absolutely shattered and love all of the staff there. Everyone makes a fuss of them plus they post pictures of the girls so we can see them having fun. I did look at a few places before and Every Dog was by far the best!

Everydog is a wonderful place my boy has so much fun with both his fur friends and all you guys you do an excellent job keep it up would recommend to anyone.

I have always wanted to get my own pup (I have a husky that lives with parents in Scotland) and when we found Knight it was a rollercoaster weekend where we had to have him. We brought him home in the summer and as a teacher it was great and I had all the time in the world. But I was so nervous when the term was looming and I still didn't know where my bud would hang out during work hours.

After researching a bunch of places, a lovely lady via a Facebook group told me about EveryDog and they were the answer to all my prayers.

My boy absolutely loved it from day 1. He can't get in faster and you only have to mention "going to school" and he gets so excited. The staff are all wonderful animal lovers and you just feel safe that your baby is happy and loved when you can't be there.

Their grooming and the overnight hotel is the icing on the cake meaning I can get him cleaned up during his days there or go out without feeling like I've abandoned him because I know he loves it like a sleepover with his friends.

My favourite thing that EveryDog does is share photos and videos all day long via Facebook so you never wonder if you're fur baby is ok, you can see them having a great time with all their besties!

As a first time pawrent is was nervous about leaving Buddy with people other than family but EveryDog soon became extended family! Buddy absolutely loves ‘going to nursery’ and I only have to mention a Emily’s name and he’s looking for her! Couldn’t ask for a better place to leave my dog
