This has been the best program to strengthen my deep core and to help improve my diastasis recti after having 3 children. I have continued these workouts for several years now as I enjoy the workouts and getting stronger in a safe and encouraging way.

it’s a great program not only to improve pelvic floor strength but also to incorporate workouts again as a mom.

I love this App and have been using it for several years now. I recently had diastasis and umbilical hernia repair surgery and used the post surgery program to assist in my healing. I love the workouts and the new layers of PT health that have been added in. Thank you for all you do. Just a week ago I restarted the classic track and now do that along with my post hernia repair exercises. I feel so strong already.

It's amazing! The way everything is well explained, the amount of great resources, and being able to reach out for questions is just the best. I highly recommend it.

I purchased a belly binder from this company according to their sizing chart. However the item was far too large. I shipped it back to them and they stated I cannot receive a refund or exchange and are attempting to keep the item I purchased in their possession because the tag was not attached to the item. The tag was included in the return. Their return process and customer service is absurd, slow and incredibly unfair to the customer. Do not purchase!

Easy to use, I appreciate the short videos which makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule. I learned so much more about pelvic floor therapy than I expected to. So grateful for the knowledge I have gained!

Every Mother workouts are easy to fit into your everyday routine and have lasting results. At only 10-15 minutes for most workouts, it becomes simple to squeeze in a workout that is going to help get your core strength back!

I like the breathing techniques to focus on core strength and the exercises catered to each trimester.
Some workouts feel great but I don’t know that my pregnant belly can handle certain stretches (like child’s pose). In general, I feel like certain parts of my body are being strengthened with the EM exercises, but not necessarily stretched. The stretch sections at the end of the video are very brief.

I signed up for Every Mother under the impression that the workouts were about 15-20 minutes long. Perfect for a tired mom who has no time. Once you sign up, you realize the workouts are tedious and like 40-45 minutes or longer. I just didn’t have that much free time unfortunately. So I stopped using the app a couple years ago.

If you want shorter workouts pregnancy and postpartum tv on YouTube is FREE and shorter and more helpful. The Chelsea method is great too (only 5-10min workouts).

I apparently forgot to cancel my membership. I totally thought I did, but again, tired mom with not a lot of free time, so I guess I forgot to. Which is totally my bad. Anyway, I had it on a credit card I don’t use much, and apparently have been charged for 2 years. I tried to call the number, but it just says you have to email them and then hangs up on you. I found another number for the company, but it’s completely disconnected. So I emailed, takes at least a day for them to respond and of course won’t refund me for this year quoted terms of service, blah, blah, blah. And they won’t let you talk to a person. I looked through my emails and the last notice from them is when I was charged in 2023, but no notice of eminent charges or receipt of charges for the last 2 years. Shady. It feels sort of like they are hoping moms will forget to cancel, so they can take advantage of them, and after reading a lot of other reviews, a lot of other moms feel the same way. So they have 2 years of payments from me that are going unused. It’s hard to believe they really care about mothers after this. Just another greedy corporation

Takes advantage of tired moms! I hadn't used more than 5 times during my year subscription, am 99% sure I had it set to cancel, never got a reminder email the subscription would renew. Realized TWO days after being charged for the renewal and I asked for a refund since hadn't used it. They refused! After many back and forths and without asking me, they refunded me 50% but cut me down to a quarterly plan (i.e., 50% back for 25% of the service!) When I complained again they told me to unsubcribe from their emails!! They say they are for postpartum moms - they are for $$$. The way they handled this was also the worst I've ever experienced.

This app has been incredible for building strength, education, and my overall mental health by providing workouts that are doable and some challenging. Used during pregnancy and still during postpartum. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good things about this program. I have 5 children and used this during my last 2 pregnancies and postpartums. I have diastisis recti, and was nervous to develop a hernia. I have friends that had hernia/mesh surgeries and I wanted to be preventative. Not only did I strengthen my abs, but I managed to help close my diastisis while pregnant! The education is invaluable, teaching you how to move in a safe way. I recommend to all my friends and family!

I like the workouts most of the time. Good instructors, I like that I can see how much time is left.

The program is effective when you do the exercises and keep working on it. I have had improvement although my diastasis isn't completely resolved, I am hopeful that if I keep working on it then it will. Persistently keeping up with the program is a challenge. I didn't give a full 5 stars because I wish there was a live human interaction component to help keep up accountability and ongoing education. I'm a "type-A" personality and a physician (and not likely the typical consumer) and I found it challenging to keep up the motivation to continue with these very redundant exercises day in and day out. Many people in my situation would have already signed themselves up for a tummy tuck, as advised by your typical ob/gyn (in my experience) which doesn't strengthen any muscles and resolve the root cause of the problem. I'm continuing with the program, doing the work, and excited to see ongoing progress!

The sessions are good and not too long which makes it easier to finish them. I see improvements and I am satisfied. Although I would make some changes in the videos, like mentioning in advance all things needed for that session and showing directly how the muscles are supposed to work.

I had twins, then another baby— years of burning pain in my belly and a pregnant looking pouch. Every Mother is the answer, if I have time I try exercising w/ the program’s help 3-4x a week — I feel invigorated, see great improvements and love how I look and feel!

Love that it is a research backed program, is easy to follow, and has a mix of options each day. The design, with a couple short videos, a longer workout, and a short educational video each day makes it possible to do in a busy schedule; you can choose your own mix of videos based on the time you have available.

Workouts were fine, nothing to write home about. What is a big deal is that they might be the only subscription service on the planet to not send a single reminder for upcoming renewals or payments. This is intentionally shady to take advantage of busy moms who will undoubtedly forget they are paying for this service. Literally never received a single correspondence from them past the initial welcome email. I’m out over $300 on services that I haven’t used in over 1.5 years. Clearly, I’m not the only one to experience this based on other reviews. Their customer service is a joke, refused to acknowledge that they are doing this, or refund any of my money. Stay far away from this business!
