This company is a complete scam. They need to be shut down. What is sent to you is not what is pictured on the website. I should have known better.

Item was nothing like pictured-cheap sweatshirt! Really unhappy I wasted the money on this POS!

Would gove 0 but at least I got a product. Not the product that was advertised however. Chunky is not how the smooth sweatshirt should be described. It is not knitted like advertised.

I don't think I've ever been more misled by an online advertisement/purchase in my life! ⚠️
The photographed/described item itself is beautiful, however the item that I received genuinely could not be further from the opposite. The item product name states "knit", and the item images show as such. The received item is the tackyest, cheapest, poorest quality Polyester that I've ever come across. This is the definition of ironing a Google jpeg image on to a £2 T-shirt found in a unclaimed lost property box.
I've emailed comparison images to them, along with the highlighted "knit" item product name/description, and requested a refund. They haven't even bothered to attempt to contact me in any way at all!

Wish i came on here first, literally awful products, got a zip up knitted jacket... turns out to be cheap nasty hoodie, absolutely nothing like the pictures. I learned the hard way! Stay away from this place.

They intentionally mislead there customers with photos of a product they arent actually selling. To cover any legal issue they did put in the description at the bottom of the page what the item was. They also refused to return the item and refund my money instead offering a 20% off coupon. This company is GARBAGE 🚮 and everyone should avoid giving them any money.

Awful company the items are not knitted they are screen prints put on nasty polyester fabric . Tried to return but have been unable to get a returns address. Worst shopping experience ever. I had to beg for a return address after telling them countless times their product was trash. I paid extra to return it and they never replied again. The quality was unbelievably bad and the customer service is nonexistent. Total waste of money, time, and energy.

Do not buy from them. Falsw advertising. They claim magnificent looking knitted shirts and hoodies to only be polyester printed garbage when it arrives. Worst ever and way over priced. Id give zero stars if I could. Scam, a darn scam they are.

The package never got delivered and they wouldn’t do anything about it at all. Customer service was awful only via email and rude. I’m still fighting to get my product or a refund They stole my money buyer beware

Total Scam. The pictures on the website of their products are AI generated. When the real product comes, it is the cheapest cloth and workmanship. The don't respond at all under their "return policy". Do NOT order

Canceled the order immediately after placing due to negative reviews. The order was shipped anyway. The products that arrived didn’t match description or images. The customer service has been none responsive when trying to initiate a return

So I ordered a couple items from the site, which I had came across on FB, I was silly enough that I haven't done any research first, I did think I had been scammed full stop ,but then about 2 weeks later I got a delivery, to my disappointment the items I had ordered were nothing like the ones on the websites totally different material cheap nasty printed ones, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SHOP.

Its a total scam. All the images are AI generated (ran through AI generation detection). Everything is marked as "on sale" which is another big red flag. Don't trust them. 100% scam.

I placed an order then I read the reviews and requested a cancellation before shipping. They refused. Shipped me the garbage that they call products. Totally misleading advertisement. Pixelated graphics. They advertised a knit embroidered sweater. I wasn't knit or embroidered. They refused the return and refund. Just stole $107 from me.

same as another review - shirt and hoodie say embroidered and the pics are gorgeous - items delivered look like went through a photo copied multiple times. NO embroidery at all. VERY disappointed - stay away!
