I signed up for an EverWash unlimited…

I signed up for an EverWash unlimited car wash membership expecting convenience and quality, but my experience was disappointing from the start.

The car wash location I used had an old, outdated automatic wash system. Their process for verifying memberships was surprisingly inefficient. They tracked vehicles with nothing more than a pen and paper. About half the time I had to track down an employee just to be let into the wash because no one was available at the entrance.

The prewash service was inconsistent, with employees only spraying part of the vehicle before sending it through the wash, making the entire step seem pointless. After the wash, there was often another wait because the location was understaffed and there weren't enough employees to dry vehicles. On several occasions, I arrived during the posted business hours only to find no employees on site, and there didn't seem to be a consistent closing time.

Before my first month was even over, I canceled my membership because the service simply did not meet my expectations. EverWash acknowledged my cancellation by email, stating they were sorry to see me go and confirming the final date I could continue using the membership since I had already paid through the end of my billing period. I never returned after that.

Several months later, I noticed recurring charges from EverWash on my bank statement. Despite having canceled my membership and receiving written confirmation, they continued charging my credit card. When I contacted customer service, I explained that these were unauthorized charges and requested a refund along with the removal of my payment information from my account.

Instead of refunding the money they had taken, I was told they could only offer me a free month of service. Considering I had already canceled because I was unhappy with the service and they had continued billing me for months after cancellation that offer was unacceptable. They also refused to refund the charges.

Because I was working night shifts at the time, I wasn't able to immediately pursue the matter with my bank, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend EverWash. The service at the location I used was poorly managed, and the billing issue completely destroyed my trust in the company. If you sign up, keep a close eye on your bank statements and save every cancellation confirmation. I certainly won't be using EverWash or a similar subscription car wash service again.

if i could put zero stars i would..so…

if i could put zero stars i would..so many problems with the app and the locations to get the wash. I have wasted my time and have been given the run around multiple times..it is very frustrating so i canceled today..please do not get this wash you will just cause un eccesary anger fornyourself as well as stress.

Stay away!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, ai talks way to fast and hard to understand, service reps don't help, they just hang up on you. Tha app is very difficult to understand and very confusing, a foreigner must have designed it

I told the Everwash workers No Brush on…

I told the Everwash workers No Brush on my car! They dont understand English. I have chrome rims. Now I have scratches on my rims from the brush. You need to find workers that understand English language. I screamed at him because he was told Not to touch the car with the brush. He caused scratches to my chome rims. You dont take any responsibility for that. You need to fire anyone who dont understand English language. He stated he was cleaning the tires. I told him DONT TOUCH MY CAR WITH THE BRUSH before and after he scratched my rims.

Furthermore, why are you using brushes?
Even towels can scratch a vehicle.

You are doing a dis service to the community cars, and you are scratching up people vehicle using a brush. You should use sponge brushes to avoid scratches. I hate your carwash !!!

As Stated, the carwash take no responsibility or liability to the vehicle. Everwash will not even respond to BBB inquiries. I will need a class action suit to recover the damages.

Mainly, why are you using brushes? knowingly, that the brush may scratch the vehicle surface.

The owner will duck and dodge. There is no liability claim forms at the site.

You need to fire incompetent workers.

I contacted Support. Wow, I am talking to feedback machine. She said the same thing twice.

I have received feedback from the director of support today, 5/12/26. He is refunding my membership fee and Ban me from Everwash based on my comments. My reponse to Everwash:
Thank you for your response. I was afraid to take my car back again. I had made several complaints against that cashwash for damages to my car(s) and rims. They even cleaned my car with a dirty towel that put a scatch on my hood. I had recently paid $3200 to replace my rims and tires. My chome was scratched by the brush. Thank you for my refund, you did not deserve my money. I feel sorry for your customers.

The reviews are true, it’s an absolute mess. I was able to speak with someone at corporate and was speaking from a business perspective and how well the location would do.. If they worked out the scanning kink, he couldn’t have been less interested in my feedback. He pushed back my billing date by 3 days, who gives a shit about that? What a shame, I’ll be taking my work car, personal, wife, and kids cars across the street.

Terrible

Terrible. The app is always down. Even with a monthly subscription you never get to use it. Customer service sucks. The car was I was going to was crap and the dryer would literally blow for 20sec and leave your car soaked

Falsely sold the package when…

Falsely sold the package when attempting to get a wash. Didn't explain I would be billed excessively every month. Sold it as a one time sign up for a year. To top it off it was a bad wash. My car was still dirty in spots.

I’m really disappointed with my…

I’m really disappointed with my experience using EverWash. I pay $30 a month, and you’d think the process would be simple, but every time I scan in, the machine gives me no instructions at all—no “stop,” no “drive through,” nothing. Because of that, I tried scanning again, assuming the first one didn’t register. Instead, I got a message saying I was out of scans for the day.

What made it worse is that there was no way to reset my day or get a temporary code so I could actually use the wash later. I ended up paying for a service I couldn’t even use. For a monthly subscription, the system should be much more user-friendly, and support should offer a solution when things go wrong. Right now, it just feels frustrating and not worth the cost.

Subscription cancelled- Company…

Subscription cancelled- Company Refuses Refund

I subscribed to contactless car wash plan expecting a convenient, ongoing service. I used the service just for one time. Since the service was not good i decided to cancel the subscription a year ago but they continued charging my credit for a full year.
I contacted customer service requesting for a refund but they responded that a refund was not possible on the grounds that I had “utilized the services” in the past - completely ignoring the fact that my subscription had been cancelled.
This is not acceptable business practice. it is only lawful(and fair) to offer a refund or prorated credit. Refusing to do so shows a lack of accountability and disregard for customers.
I will be reporting this matter to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau, as this company continues to charge for a service not longer received.
Consumers should be cautious before subscribing to this company - there is no guarantee you will receive what you paid for, and customer support seems unwilling to take responsibility when issues appear.

Poor customer service… Beware

I purchased a membership, and the location I selected shut down for repairs and renovations, making it impossible for me to get my car washed. I reached out three times over two weeks requesting either a refund or to transfer my membership to another location, but received no response. When I finally heard back, EverWash denied my request, claiming they were not responsible for the closure.

EverWash, your customer service is severely lacking…not only in timely handling of issues, but in refusing to allow a location change or provide a refund when a customer cannot use the service.
It’s amazing how quickly you can grab a customer’s cash but then neglect making it right for them when something goes wrong!!

Extremely Poor Service

Extremely poor customer service/business model.

Over the past year, I’ve tried multiple car wash locations and more than 50% of the time, the wash is unable to be started due to an ‘error connecting to the server’.

When you contact customer support, 1 time out of 10 they will be able to start it remotely, however they usually just tell you to go away for a couple of days and try again, giving you a 2/3 day extension of your billing cycle.

Whilst I appreciate the sentiment, the last 3 attempts to wash my car, 3 days apart each time have all been unsuccessful. The company has a strict no refund policy and I’ll ensure I never give them another cent.

Be wary of unscrupulous billing issues when freezing account

I discovered that I was being billed monthly even though I froze my account as my car was damaged in an accident and needed a lengthy repair. When I called to ask for a refund I was told that was not their policy. When I told them that the email I received when freezing the account stated verbatim "You have frozen your EverWash membership at /////. Your membership will unfreeze on the date you selected in the EverWash App, or when you decide to manually unfreeze on your own." They said they would not refund and "have a nice day".

Car Wash Location Closed - Company Refuses Refund

I subscribed to contactless car wash plan expecting a convenient, ongoing service. Unfortunately, the only car wash location available in my town was closed permanently, making it impossible to use the service I was paying for.
I contacted customer service and explained that the facility is no longer operational and that I cannot reasonably continue the subscription. However, the representative (Abby P., Rochelle B.) responded that a refund was not possible on the grounds that I had “utilized the services” in the past - completely ignoring the fact that the service is no longer being provided at all.
This is not acceptable business practice. When a company can no longer provide the service for which a customer prepaid, it is only lawful(and fair) to offer a refund or prorated credit. Refusing to do so shows a lack of accountability and disregard for customers.
I will be reporting this matter to the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau (as well as exhibits of construction present and unavailability of the area), as this company continues to charge for a service that no longer exists in my area.
Consumers should be cautious before subscribing to this company - there is no guarantee you will receive what you paid for, and customer support seems unwilling to take responsibility when issues appear.

Froze service Restarted and auto charged

I froze the service. I thought this froze it for good until/if i wanted to restart it. I found out they kept charging me monthly and twice what i signed up for. Then they would not refund me for the months they restarted the service i didn't know of. Be sure to cancel fully. The made me choose between 1 mo. refund or 3mo free.

Everwash is Trash

This is my second time trying to use this service, my initial time, app never worked, called to cancel and supposedly went through, but then I find that I had been charged for another 3 months after cancellation. After calling customer service, representative told me that they would do a courtesy refund since this was my first time complaining.
Fast forward until today, 8.22.2025 and told at car wash that they couldn't find membership or plate #. Mind you that I had already had 2 or 3 washes on this account. A couple of hours prior, I sent a message to customer service for a QR code. I call customer service, the woman tells me that my subscription has been cancelled due to my being a "serial promo code user and membership canceller, to which I told her was BS and was told that there was nothing that she could do about. The app and company suck and anyone that I know that has it, I will strongly advise them to cancel before they get screwed,

The spot free rinse.....leaves spots.

The spot free rinse is leaving spots all over my car. What kind of chemical is in that rinse? I usually put a presoak on for a few minutes, pressure wash, then presseure rinse. I follow with a lengthy spot free rinse. I've been a reluctant member for three months. I can't be paying money for bad results.

Recieved email that my account was flaged

Recieved email that my account was flagged because of unauthorized car using my account
Called customer service and asked when this happened, they could not tell me ,they told me to call another #, called that number and got the asst. Manager she could not tell me but also blamed me, transfered to operation manager he blamed me,called the Vip customer service number and they told me i have to go to the carwash that i was using and they could tell me , go to carwash and the person there said to call customer service, called the owner of red rino carwash and and talked with him hours later got a call from another person from everwash and he blamed it on the computer system.
Everwash customer service is not very helpful
