Zeer teleurgesteld in de service en vooral de nazorg.

Na de behandeling waren de muizen nog steeds niet weg. Er werd ons beloofd dat we binnen twee dagen zouden worden teruggebeld, maar dat is nooit gebeurd. Daarna hebben we gedurende weken herhaaldelijk geprobeerd contact op te nemen, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail. Telkens stonden we lang in wacht of kregen we helemaal geen reactie.

Vorige week hadden we uiteindelijk toch iemand aan de lijn. Er werd gezegd dat we een e-mail zouden ontvangen om een afspraak voor de nazorg in te plannen. Intussen is er opnieuw meer dan een week voorbij en hebben we nog steeds geen e-mail of verdere opvolging ontvangen.

Ondertussen zijn we bijna drie weken verder en is ons probleem nog altijd niet opgelost. We hebben betaald voor een behandeling én de bijhorende nazorg, maar die blijft uit. Door het gebrek aan opvolging hebben de muizen zich intussen mogelijk opnieuw vermenigvuldigd.

Een goede behandeling is belangrijk, maar een bedrijf wordt ook beoordeeld op zijn klantenservice en opvolging. Helaas schiet die hier ernstig tekort. Ik kan deze service daarom niet aanbevelen.

I received my 4 pairs of socks as ordered but I couldn’t even get them on my foot, there was no stretch at all. I tried to return them but they said there was a NO RETURN POLICY. When I explained the problem they agreed they’d had a few problems with a certain amount of stock & my socks must have been in that order. But still they would not accept my socks back & return my £39. !!! I am a disabled pensioner on the lowest benefits & couldn’t afford to lose this money but still they wouldn’t return my money. To add insult to injury they kept sending me emails asking for my next order & with it they would send me some free socks. I don’t want their socks I want my money returned. I had tried to forget it but couldn’t, hence my review. Considering they’d agreed it was a faulty batch I think this is disgusting. PLUS they’re still emailing me to buy more! I hope they’re happy stealing my money from me, they don’t deserve to be successful on other people’s money.

Bij aanvraag offerte direct een mail gehad voor een afspraak . Ze zijn komen kijken. Ze zouden een offerte sturen. Een week later dan maar zelf gemaild voor een offerte,hebben ze nooit op geantwoord. In het begin hebben ze heel snel geantwoord,maar wanneer het moest niet meer. Jammer.

Ze namen direct contact op toen ik hen mailde. Na de behandeling zeiden ze dat dit voldoende was en dat ik alle kasten opnieuw mocht inladen en dat ze mij een mail met extra tips zouden sturen. Ondanks verschillende mails krijg ik geen antwoord. Geen tips en de plaag is erger dan ooit.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. Despite reporting my issue several times — both by phone and by email (with photos attached) — I have not received any further response regarding my complaint that the treatment was not effective.
I won’t go through the whole story here, but it’s clear they don’t care about customers once they’ve been paid and a complaint is involved. We’ve spent countless times hanging on the line without ever reaching a living soul. Often it’s just empty talk, no real action!This lack of communication is unacceptable. I kindly ask you to respond to my complaint within 14 days and provide a clear solution, such as [refund / retreatment / other expected action].

I had a big bedbug infestation at my home. After calling them, I booked an appointment for the same day, and they treated my house the next day. Thank you for the fast reaction and treatment. My kids can finally sleep in their beds without being harassed by bugs. Also it's been 7 months know and I haven't been bothered by bedbugs since !

They will fix your problem without wasting time, after dealing with numerous other companies this is a great discovery.
