I was shocked at the reviews here when I checked, just on the off chance, so I came to share my rather different experience. I ordered twice here so far, once a while ago which I returned part of and then again recently. Website is easy to use and I love the simple style yet quality items. I am tired of not being able to find long lasting basics here in the UK so thought I would look further away sadly, otherwise I need to replace them every season which I just don’t have time for. The quality of the t-shirts I have bought is great and they fit very well so have the jeans and I appreciate the curvy range as although I am small my hourglass shape means the fit of jeans elsewhere is poor. I got my refund very quickly in fact far quicker than many places here in the Uk who need to keep up with the competition abroad in my opinion as they are miles behind. I will be back for more basics. I just wish things were slightly more affordable.

Here's an idea: Why not just take $100 and put it in the trash directly to save at least the frustration and disappointment? I ordered three tank tops. Vertical seams were curved -- not on purpose -- and at around a 30 degree angle from vertical, going up the back and sides of the shirt. Fabric thin and see-through. I bought them to take to visit a friend in Paris. She couldn't believe "the sorry state of American clothing," and told me to throw them out. 2 hems completely and fully came out at the bottom edge after ONE wash (one of them took three washes, but come on!) I contacted Everlane. I sent pictures. They said,"We're going to need to you to send those back and see more," as if I'd made this up and faked the photos...? Really Everlane, it's so hard to believe my stuff fell apart when you know you're peddling trash? I was going to send them back, but at my own expense? No. I've had $10 cotton tees and tanks from Old Navy that were ten times better and lasted for years without looking like an Everlane tank after one wash. The ankle boots I bought ? Also garbage. Five wearings and I had to throw them out. I can't comment on the flats I ordered as those were summarily cancelled by EVRLN without notice. Grateful to have saved the money. Thanks, Everlane. This was my first experience based on a friend's rec -- and definitely my last. For suckers only.

Had my jeans for 12 months and the zip has completely broken and the colour has faded. Emailed customer service who had no interest in helping. I paid £75 for the jeans and have paid half that price for jeans that have lasted many years. I read that Everlane was a sustainable brand.. 12 months doesn’t seem sustainable to me. I can see the same jeans are now over £100 online. I wouldn’t pay more than £25 for this quality and durability.

I ordered a trouser in June 27,2022 and until today July 19 did not deliver my order ..they did not send a cancellation. I can’t track the shipping,now

Do not be taken in with this company like I was. Quality is poor and sizing is terrible. I feel totally fleeced. 😕

Those good old days. Everlane was offering a great customer service, returns were easy, and textile quality was awesome.

However, in the last couple of orders, Everlane has become a pain for me. Untold charges, high costs of returns, and even refused returns for no reason.

I guess I will be moving on, remembering the old Everlane. Sad.

Visited the site for maybe 30 seconds. Never gave my email or signed up for anything but somehow they were able to send an email an hour later to my personal email. I find this very creepy and disturbing.

Dreadful. Wish I had read reviews on here before ordering.Fancy looking website. Hugely overpriced and underwhelming clothes. And now I have to pay £5 to return one bra ...which I could easily just post by anotehr means. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use again and encourage others not to eithert.

Terrible returns process and charges you to text their customer service. Will not be ordering from this site again!

Everlane honestly lives off marketing at this point as the products are barely average and wildly overpriced.

What's more annoying though is the shocking mobile website that is horrendously slow and often just doesn't work (eg try to enter your card details on your phone). You could literally start afresh with Shopify and have a better website in 1 day of development yet you stick with this rubbish.

Return process is really time consuming ! After weeks I am still not able to create a return label from their website and Linsey from CC is everything but helpful ! 👎

I ordered a pair of high-waist, skinny petite jeans on clearance. They came very quickly and fit like a glove.

Ordered slippers took two weeks to arrive. Sizing rubbish ordered a 5 they fit my friend who is size 3. Can't return as reduced 30 pounds not cheap slippers. Avoud

First time ordering from everlane. They cancelled my order without telling me why. Turns out they sold me something that was sold out. Two days later I find out. Too late to order something else. Poor communication; poor website. Probably the last time I order from them. Doesn’t bode well.

This is the second time they’ve messed up my order. The first time they sent me the wrong order. As they’re always running low on stock, they couldn’t replace the chinos with the colour I initially picked. I obliged and went ahead with the colour they had in stock - the fit was pretty average.

This time I thought I’d order different items like trainers, workout outfits and standard tees (items that don’t really need tailored fit). The order for some reason was split into three despatches: 1. Trainers, shorts 2. White tee 3. Black tee. Looks like a very sustainable and environmentally friendly way of logistics. The trainers were shipped immediately followed by the black tee a week later HOWEVER, the black tee arrived first and when I checked on the trainers a month later, I found out that they were “lost in transit” and that they do not reship orders to Australia so my only option is a refund. My white tee is currently somewhere in the ether.

As you can imagine, I was left very disappointed as I was hoping for a nice birthday gift to myself.

Lesson from this: there are many more options out there that do a better job with the product and it’s logistics. Don’t be fooled by its clean marketing and promises.

I bought one pair of jeans that fit like a glove, so I went back and bought a second pair that were supposed to be the same. They were nothing alike. They charged me for return shipping.

It's rare that I leave these reviews even when service is poor, but this time I felt it really needed to be highlighted.

I ordered 3 t-shirts on the 2nd February. After about 2.5 weeks of no tracking update (the order should have been with me by this point), I emailed to enquire. They quite condescendingly sent me to the tracker, which I literally contacted them to tell them hadn't updated.

My next email follow up yesterday I asked them to confirm my order was not lost, to which they responded it appears to be lost, so brazenly. At least, they refunded me, so I was relieved to avoid the refund issues others have been having.

The most passive customer service I've ever experienced, and in hindsight frustrating to have wasted time with Everlane. Like others have said, do not order Everlane to the UK.

I made an order on Feb 4, 2022, confirmed shipping message received on Feb 5 saying that the merchandise will arrive in 5-8 days. As of today, Feb 20, 2022, I haven't received anything but daily advisements from Everlane. Very disappointed.

Bought a pair of chinos, delivered and dumped on the doorstep. Product itself was incredibly poorly cut and shapeless. By the time they’d arrived, the product had done on sake for half the price. I’m going to have to take them to a professional tailor to get them altered as at the time of purchase, I didn’t realise I’d be stuck with the cost of returning these trousers to the states.
