Terrible customer service! Tried them two times and had horrible experiences. First order didn’t send me everything and would not refund me the full amount of the items I was missing. Tried them one more time and it took over a month for shipping and then over a month later get notification that all my items won’t be shipping as they are now out of stock. Ordered Easter stuff for an event and now the Easter stuff won’t even be here for the event. Don’t order from them!!!

I placed my order 8 days ago, and it is still processing. When I chatted with someone, they told me it's processing, duh... Don't know who Raina is. I believe these other reviews are fake.

I am very pleased with my experience with this company, it’s my third order and always coming on time and amazing prices. I use the Santa wigs for my designs and resell some of their products.
The customer service is amazing, always in touch updating the tracking information.
I can’t wait to place my fourth order with them.

I haven't received my items yet, but I got stellar help from Michelle on chat. Seriously, I couldn't find an item and she did. This company is about 90 min. from my house - I'm eager to see the quality of the items I ordered. Prices are crazy low.

Took forever to receive my package. And once I asked them to stop contacting me, they keep sending me these emails. How will do we do? Did you appreciate what we did for you? How do you think we did? Please leave a review and I keep saying. Leave me alone and they won't now. Emails are going directly to my attorney. All emails are going to my attorney

I placed an order, and I was unable to find any courier information online. I then, I used the chat with agent function that was handled by a very respectful and thorough live agent named Anya. I was provided the courier information that I requested. I appreciate the smooth experience and, I thank Anya for making a first time customer feel supported.

I placed an order with factory price jwellery which is now everfulwholesale. The order was placed on 27/10/25. I was never told why my order was returned to China after it reached London.
Since then I have been told many times that someone would update me regarding the status. I have not heard anything from them, nor had a refund. Yes they gave me a compensation of 18 quid but my money is still stuck and I have not seen my order yet

These reviews cannot possibly be real. They ALL personally name someone from the company that helps the customer, everything sounds like a company promo, NOT an actual review. Nope, don't trust this baloney.

I requested to cancel the order because of the delay in shipping for their Lunar New Year holiday. It was requested before processing would even begin. Their customer service through email and chat were responding so they were not off on the holiday just the warehouse. They kept saying it was passed the 12 hour cancelation window, which is nowhere to be found. It was just stated through an email after I requested cancelation. There had been no handling because the warehouse is closed. With no written policy ahead of time, they will make policies up to fit what suits them. Outrageous customer service! Beware!

This company continues to send me spam which I never signed up for. I have used the unsubscribe link provided several times and have contacted them directly via email to have me removed from their spam marketing. They have not removed me from their spam and have never responded after twice directly contacting them about it. Their spam prompted me to look at their website. The physical address they provide is a residential single-family home located in Bellevue, Washington. This business is not found in a search of businesses registered with the Washington Secretary of State. The phone number provided is WhatsApp number rather than a legitimate business number. Their website attempts to depict a U. S. business but various characteristics of the website would indicate at the very least foreign involvement running it which is deceptive at best. This company is in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act and appears not to care. All in all, this company is disrespectful of my privacy, my time, and Federal law in order to peddle what looks like primarily Chinese produced wares. I provided them ample opportunity to remove my email address from their spam emails. Completely untrustworthy.
