These vendors are absolute champs and will go the extra mile

Dan is persistent and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I had some issues with my last order due to tariffs and he went above and beyond to get my order to me.
That's without mentioning the product itself. I hated wearing glasses until I found a pair that I liked at Everambr, and now I'm afraid to buy any anywhere else because these glasses are so tasteful and cute and reasonably priced. The designs are all so cute that it's hard to choose whereas usually I feel like there are only a couple of cute options. Truly this product is worth the price, and service is trustworthy and excellent, tried and true. I have been ordering glasses from Everambr since 2021.

If you have any issues with your orders, it's an honest mistake. Reach out. Dan is committed.

Bought two pairs of the hydro racer…

Bought two pairs of the hydro racer glasses. Great value with the special offer. Myself and my husband have used them for every run since. Really rate them, doesn't feel like you are wearing anything at all and don't mark the bridge of my nose like other glasses have. Really recommend.

Product didn't arrive & Toxic Customer Support

Product never arrived and the customer support was completely toxic, firing insults and refusing to take any responsibility for the product not arriving. This was followed by guilt trips, acting the victim and nastyness. Avoid this company at all costs. Without a doubt the worst customer service I've come across.

Simon's response to his package being delayed by 4 days was like nothing I've ever seen from a customer before. His apartment complex is difficult to access and needs a code to enter. The courier was unable to access the premises and no phone number was provided (despite Simon insisting that it had been...it hadn't) Simon then proceeded to send angry and abusive messages to us over a period of 4 days while the courier company organised a redelivery attempt. The tracking shows that the item was due for delivery the day after leaving this review. Despite having this info and an apology, Simon decided to leave one-star reviews across multiple platforms and request a refund. I had tried to explain calmly that we'd have no issue refunding once he returned the package due for delivery. The delivery mis-sort by a third party courier was out of our control unfortunately, and we did everything in our power to provide them with the info needed to deliver the package - responding politely and quickly to Simon's extremely rude emails until it became impossible to be courteous. I hope fellow small business owners can sympathise 😅 Unfortunately we all come across these types of customers every once in a while :-(

Frustrating Experience with Everambr: No Product, No Support

I had a very disappointing experience with Everambr (previously known as Eyewear). Two days after purchasing a pair of glasses, I contacted their customer support to inquire about the tracking number for my order. The support representative promised to provide the information by the next day. However, more than 12 days have passed, and I still haven't received my tracking number. Despite multiple attempts to contact them again, I received no response. Additionally, when I tried to reach out through their live chat, they blocked my email. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this store.

SCAM

Last October, I bought a pair of Pallas Blue Light - Gloss Black glasses from their website. I usually prefer to buy from websites like Amazon, but this time I decided to take a chance since I liked the design, and the price seemed fair. It was a mistake. It has been over two months, and the company charged my credit card but never delivered the item. I have sent several emails, and there has been no response. I tried to visit their Instagram and Twitter pages, but they no longer exist. Please beware, as this company is an outright scam. I am posting this so others do not lose their money like I did.

Stay away.

I bought a pair of glasses from AMBR back in july. I found out the day after purchase, that my optician had made a mistake, so that I needed to change the strength. I wrote AMBR immediately trying to cancel my order, but no response was given. I wrote the next week reminding that I would like to cancel it but no response again. 2 weeks later I got a confirmation that they had been sent. Upon receival I sent the glasses return, in order to get my money back. This was done in august. I've written multiple mails since and never gotten a response or my money back.

Terrible. Items late sent (if at all). Slow response times. Aggressive and rude customer service and multiple lies. 🚨🚨🚨AVOID🚨🚨🚨

"Items late sent (if at all)" - Customer has left this statement knowing full well that there was an attempted delivery to their address and that the item is available for collection at their local post office.

It's an unfortunate part of running a business that you often run into people like Neil. Much like the two other bad reviews here on Trustpilot, we would very much disagree with this version of events. It's not often these situations arise, but when they do, the person usually takes it to Trustpilot (3 out of 50,000 isn't bad)

Neil's package was posted 2 days late due to Black Friday backlog, a totally normal and unavoidable situation unfortunately for small eComm business. This was communicated in a polite and apologetic manner.

There was an attempted delivery to Neil's house 6 business days after his order - not too bad you might say, just one day late? However, Neil wasn't there to collect and the package was waiting for collection in the sorting office 5 minutes away. Neil never checked the tracking, instead trying to contact Royal Mail by phone. Royal Mail are in the middle of strike action and I tried to explain this. The likelihood that a state postal body will answer the phone during a strike is minimal - but Neil seemed to blame us for the hour he spent on hold. Many more emails followed, where I simply said he could collect them from the local sorting office or else receive a refund when they are eventually returned. Neil seemed to also blame Ambr for the Royal Mail website that wasn't working.

In the end, I offered to send another package via courier free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. Again, I got an angry and accusatory email - so withdrew the offer. Ambr will always be extremely accommodating and flexible with customers if issues arise, but not if they are rude and put unwarranted blame on a small business.

Neil's last email was to threaten with a bad review if I didn't send his free replacement (even though his first order is sitting 5 minutes from his house). I didn't accept the ultimatum as you can see, but am happy that I didn't.

In short, sometimes the most unreasonable type of people happen upon your business, and despite your best efforts, there's not much you can do to make them understand that sometimes circumstances can arise beyond our control.

Not the kind review I like to leave

I wish I could have left a more positive review but this is my last attempt to get a refund for a purchase Here is a short summary: I purchased two pairs of blue light glasses in June 2022 that I needed to return unfortunately (I did within the timeframe). It took many emails and calls to reach support but my case has still not been solved. The service was not what I expected at all from a young and innovative lifestyle brand. I totally understand difficult circumstance but I never had the feeling that I as a customer mattered. I tried to reclaim the money through Paypal but as of today, 01.10.22, I have not received the refund neither through Paypal nor Ambr and that is leaving me with 120 Euro and 18 Euro shipping cost. I hope that my case was just an exception and that this feedback helps to improve service and internal processes.

I am really pleased with product.
Good quality frames & prescription lenses are good- I had some reservations initially as had never ordered on line. Would purchase again especially if didn’t need quickly.

Nice glasses let down by shoddy customer service.

The glasses are nicely designed and lasted daily use for 2 years. However, shoddy customer service has let them down after I mistakenly placed a recent order and immediately contacted them to cancel, by the time I got a reply the goods had already been sent.

When I got a response from their team, I was told I can send them back and linked to their website. There it advertises "30 Day Free Returns" yet states in the writing that I have to pay for the delivery to return.

I contacted them again about this and it's been 11 days without reply...

I love my glasses, such good quality and so relaxing on my eyes when working on screens all day couldn’t live without them and really stylish!

Would recommend 5/5

Great product and even better customer service. WFH has me in front of a screen nearly round the clock so I was starting to get eyestrain and headaches, started using these glasses and can say they did make a difference. I felt I was getting to sleep easier and having better rest. Would recommend 5/5.

The solution to headaches!

I am very satisfied with the blue light glasses, it helps me so much! No more headaches from being in front of a computer for long periods of time. I have them ordered as well for my family and recommended them to a few friends as well that have also got them. Haven't heard yet anyone that they are not pleased. Thank you!!
