Paid £76 for two dresses which I still haven't received three months later. I've emailed them and there is no reply.

Avoid at all costs. Cheap nasty ugly product NOTHING like photograph. Cotton mix dress was like a plastic tablecloth. No returns. No replies. No contact at all.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Awful company. After waiting ages for delivery, two pairs of jeans were faulty and poor quality. Paid to return them to China! Have now chased 3 times for refund after being told refund was issued and would take 5-10 days. No refund to date.

Don’t accept their insistence on returning faulty goods at your own cost. This is illegal. I took out a case against them with my payment provider (PayPal, in my case) and received my refund without needing to return the goods.

It’s a scam !!

Same issue as everyone else. Ordered some clothes which were terrible quality and wanted to send them back but there is no response from customer services and no address listed to return items. It’s a scam. Beware.

Proportions of jeans were not right and very different to picture. They replied at first, saying I could return, but it would be very expensive. Material nasty. As soon as i asked for a redund NO RESPONSE. AVOID!!

Items received after many weeks of waiting. Clothing sizes were not consistent and material was poor quality. I've been attempting to contact ever core or Rextige for over a week by email, messenger, phone calls, online forms and cannot get any response. This means I cannot send items back or get a refund, wish I'd used PayPal to pay for items

Failed to issue a 40% refund. Returns are to an address in Italy so posting the returns back to them was expensive and I did doubt they'd credit me at that point so accepted a partial refund. Dodgy company. Don't buy!

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD
After months of being targeted with pairs of sparkly jeans on Instagram, I decided to have a look at the website and make a purchase. With almost 5 star trust pilot reviews touted across the site, and a company deeply rooted in British heritage, what wasn't to like?
WELL, when the jeans turned up I was flabbergasted - I am not sure what they were made of, but it can only be described as 'not quite cardboard masquerading as denim' - they looked like a stiff triangle when I tried them on, and the sparkles fell off if I so much as moved. If this wasn't enough, I couldn't do them up as there was actually no button hole.
I emailed the company with my clear disappointment, and they tried to fob me off with discounts/store credit (erm no thanks), or a partial refund. When I refused I was asked to pay £25 return postage...apparently this is not a joke.
I have now put a dispute in via PayPal, so hopefully that route is successful!
Lesson learnt, ALWAYS check TrustPilot...

Absolute joke of a company! Order arrived after nearly month and several emails. It looked nothing like the pictures. Sizing was HUGE colour was off and there was a noticeable flaw on the leg. Was told I could return but at a £25 cost to me. They said the flaw was just part of the material. Was eventually offered an exchange which I accepted. There's been more than 25 emails sent back and forward. Saying order was dispatched and then it was being prepared. I've STILL not received my replacement and now they're ignoring my emails. Im now £40 out of pocket.
This has by far been my worst experience buying online.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

As with others, I orders outfits which were of poor quality. I contacted them regarding a refund and received quick responses. Was instructed to return to an address in Italy which didnt exist. I am now out of pocket for the cheap clothing and postage. They have not responded to my emails

Ordered a pair of jeans from the site thinking they are a UK based retailer. My jeans arrived late, wrong sizing and so I initiated the return process straight away. I was told to return to a warehouse in Italy, paid for tracked shipping only to have the item sent back to me and now no response. For a £40 item, I've spent £15 just trying to return it and still no resolution has been offered. A total SCAM! Stay away!

Advertised as UK company yet they ship from China and want returns sent to Italy.
Cheap Chinese rubbish- looks nothing like the website.
Olivia starts off as overly friendly then ignores you.

AVOID!! Poorly made, cheap cheap materials masked by good photography and deliberately marketed as a luxury products cheap synthetic materials and refusing to cover return shipping to China

Product is deliberately marketed as made of wool and cashmere and they are unwilling to honor the return policy - instead offering me a 30% refund. Scam

Ordered from this company July 16th item never arrived. Been trying to get a refund but emails are ignored and they try and pass the book blaming the courier when as the seller it’s there responsibility. Also the items don’t come from London they mislead you to think so by being called evercore London. The items are shipped from china. Total scam company please don’t fall for it like I did! Will be going through my credit card company now to hopefully do a charge back. Olivia at customer service is the most awful assistant I’ve ever had to deal with does not know a thing about customer service and is utterly unhelpful. Can respond to emails quite easily when it suits her but as soon as you mention refund she does not respond. AVOID!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!

I ordered a pair of sparkly balloon leg jeans in a size 12/14. I thought i was buying from UK but they eventually arrived from China. The fabric was okay but I have never seen such a huge pair of jeans. I could pull them up to my armpits and they are so baggy I could insert a hula hoop and wear like a clown. The cost was around £35 but to return is nearly £26 so I have put it down to experience and may try and have a tent made out of them. Don't bother!

Advertised as a UK company but they dispatch from China (takes ages to arrive) the linen shirts I ordered were Polyester. They asked for a £25 refund to send them back to China (even though I was conned into believing the were a UK firm). I feel completely mugged up.
