I've been using EVEDEX for a while and the platform offers a smooth trading experience with a clean interface and fast execution. What stands out is the combination of self custody, gasless trading, XP rewards, cashback incentives and community campaigns. The onboarding process was straightforward, and the ecosystem keeps users engaged through quests, referrals, and trading competitions.

I also like the focus on transparency and the integration of copy trading features. The team appears to be actively developing the platform and adding new functionality.

Looking forward to seeing how the Eventum ecosystem and EVEDEX continue to grow in the future.

CONS:
- Low liquidity which creates problems when trading
- Support is just talking to ai bot who gives some generic answers. You need to ask for a human specifically to get something resolved
- Still a lot of errors and bugs (e.g. with withdrawls, cashback, price chart, orders) after almost a year since launch

PROS:
- Interesting features like cashback, account leveling (many VIP levels with more benefits for each lvl), academy, funded trading, bots trading, lucky shot with rewards, tasks and achievements for EXP gain
- Comunity on social media and discord
- Potential for future with EVE token and additional features

People go to exchange for smoth trading first and foremost. Some nice features can't outweigh huge problems.

The UI/UX display is really good, I like it

I had a very disappointing experience with EVEDEX.

I deposited approximately 190 USDT using the address flow provided inside the platform. The funds were successfully sent and confirmed on-chain. However, the deposit was never credited to my account.

After contacting support, I was informed that the funds had been sent to my “Smart Account” instead of a deposit address and therefore could not be recovered.

What concerns me is that support confirmed the Smart Account is part of the EVEDEX/Eventum ecosystem and is used for the exchange’s internal operations. Despite this, I was told that no recovery or manual assistance would be provided.

I asked for a technical review and clarification regarding the destination address and recovery options, but the final response was simply that the funds could not be withdrawn from the Smart Account and that EVEDEX was unable to assist.

My loss was approximately 190 USDT.

I encourage users to carefully verify every address and fully understand the difference between Smart Accounts and Deposit Addresses before sending funds.

This review reflects my personal experience with EVEDEX customer support and deposit system.

The experience of depositing and withdrawing funds is terrible; deposits and withdrawals are frequently stuck for a long time. And it seems the team is used to this. Once withdrawals are blocked, the support team seems to have no solution and can only make us wait, which can be very long.

Exchange is really mediocre. It has low liquidity. ADL (auto-deleveraging) is crazy here. It closes your trades too often just after +20% of profits or you just get portion of profits after closing the trade. Opening bigger trades on low caps is bad because your entry level jumps like crazy creating wicks. And it's not 100% decentralized. In some cases they require KYC from you. After almost 1 year after launch they still have bugs.

On the positive side.
Decentralized (with exceptions). Access through your wallet. VIP system is great here. You just level up your account which gives you better cashback with every lvl.

You can hope here for future airdrops and better trading experience in the future but hope is not enough. It has more cons than pros but I'm trying to be optimistic so 3/5 from me.

I've traded on EVEDEX since it launched and it's an amazing exchange which doesn't require KYC. Every order/withdrawal has worked perfectly. The code has also been reviewed by external auditors, so as far as I am concerned this is definitely a trustworthy cutting edge hybrid exchange providing far better trading possibilities and customer support than any other alternative available.

This project has grown before my eyes; I've watched and used it since its launch. It's an amazing project that continues to grow every day. I'd also like to point out that the team and technical support are top-notch. It's currently the most user-friendly and progressive exchange on the market. It's easy to use and offers a wide range of features.
Overall, use it; it's something that's considered impossible today.

Their technical abilities are limited. If something goes wrong, your money is gone.

I have used all major decentralised platforms this has never happend before on any dex.Evedex is not a dex but a half cex, they blocked my withdrawals, they banned me from discord, they asked to sign a declaration, which i did, now they are asking for me to kyc. All of this without any reason but the 500$ profit i made shorting some coin. Please stay away!

The gamification is cool, but the number of quests is too low. I'd love to see more tasks to farm points.

A regular exchange, similar to many others I've seen. It's decent overall, but I didn’t find anything that really wowed me.

Been active on the evedex testnet. So far impressed by how fast the team addresses any bugs. Feels like they genuinely care about user feedback. Definitely has good potential for mainnet launch.
