J'essaye de vérifier mon identité depuis quelques jours mais ça ne passe. J'ai contacté le service client mais toujours aucune réponse. C'est comme si ils avaient pas notre temps. C'est décevant.

I was rejected a few times because my browser and camera problems. the support team in chat are very helpful and accommodating. problem solved in less than an hour and they insisted on staying on chat until i finish my validation. great customer service. validation app is super fast and easy to use

Their system is poor

Their system is poor. I have been taking a picture for more than 3hours They kept rejecting the ID. I would rather send my ID photo directly to the company than use their poor system.

There is no customer service
In South Africa we use I’d card and green book as form of I’d
They told me that they only accept smart IDs and other IDs are not accepted.

Thank you again for the second review albeit its is a copy & paste of your old review. South Africa introduced the new Smart ID 10 years ago in 2013. The new Smart ID cards supersedes the old barcoded identity book. You can apply for a new Smart ID card here:

It is the responsibility of individuals to ensure they have the latest and correct identity documents. Regarding "taking a picture for more than 3 hours" - please contact our customer service team and we shall gladly assist you: support@evalid.io.

Comment peuvent-ils différencier des faux documents du vrai

J'ai postulé pour un poste de modérateur tchat sur Chatwriters.com, j'ai présenté ma carte vitale comme document d'identité, et ils m'ont dit que la vérification été rejetés, je ne dis pas que c'est une mauvaise entreprise, mais je pense que ça demande beaucoup d'amélioration, je connais beaucoup de gens qui ce sont plains de se faire rejeter lors des vérifications, je me demande si ce n'est qu'une intelligence artificielle qui effectue la vérification, car je peux affirmer qu'ils n'ont pas les bases des données concernant les identités de chaque pays utilisateur de leurs services, sinon comment pourraient-ils différencier des vrais documents comme le mien des faux ?

Their service is poor

Their system is poor. I have been taking a picture for more than 2hours. They kept rejecting the ID. I prefer sending my ID photo directly to the company than use their poor implemented system. There is no customer service at Evalid everything about the company is bad.
They told me that they only accept smart IDs and other IDs are not accepted.

Awesome experience and support team

I used the service months ago when i applied for a job. The team who supported and helped me fix the camera thing did a great job. The whole verification process only took 15 minutes to complete but TextingFactory training schedule, i waited too long to start.

Sent in my passport picture and…

Sent in my passport picture and information to be verified for a job, they suggested this company to me however the company never got back to me or verified my identity which is strange because if someone sends their ID you’d think at the very least they would reply back saying it didn’t meet standards, instead they completely ignore me and they have my identity information. Seems scammy.

Very bad customer support!!

Evalid's customer support is very very very bad. Due to a scam job offer, I wanted to have my data deleted by Evalid. I only received robot emails (default emails) from Evalid, without reply or help. I had to repeat myself several times and describe my request. Response time is a pure disaster. I do NOT recommend the site! It may also be a scam site.

I used this site and it worked pretty well, only I encountered some problems with my phone Samsung Galaxy A50 , I couldn't get past the selfies with all restriction off, just keep me saying 'waiting for your permision of camera', so I used my laptop and it was ok, I hope the online job site will be ok and not scam😁

I‘d give zero or minus if it‘d be…

I‘d give zero or minus if it‘d be possible. I started the verification over 15 times!!! They NEVER accepted it. I know it very well that I‘m not a fraud, that I was born with my name, face, datas! All identifications of mine are valid in all 4 countries where I live, work, travel accepted from all authorities! But they aren‘t ANY VALID AUTHORITY JUST SOME NON FUNKTIONAL DAMAGED COMPANY!!! I tried to contact very politely on 2 different e-mail addresses with this pity- and shameful evalid services 3 times, and non of the co-workers/ customer service answered at all!
THEY ARE THE FRAUD AND THIS IS CALLED TIME-THEFT!!!!!

Camera ID Dogsh*t

The part where you use you camera to photo you ID is complete dogsh*t, almost impossible to get a sharp photo, and I use a p30 pro so not a bad camera, but i give it 3 stars anyway becaus The rest was easy.
