Took a star off just because of a 3 day shipping delay during transit, but the customer support team was very responsive when I asked for an update.

The actual JNR vapes are incredible, easily some of the best flavors I've had in a long time and the puff count lasts forever. However, the package took almost 11 days to reach my apartment in Munich. The hardware itself is worth waiting for, totally authentic and top tier quality.

I was pretty skeptical about ordering online because of all the fake clones out there, but I checked the security QR codes on the Razz Bar boxes and they are 100% genuine. The vapor production is super smooth and it doesn't have that burnt taste at all. Shipping to my front door took only 3 days.
