Please don't support this thieving company!
They don't care about their artists. Recently they decided to start paying their artists 1 euro per sale which is honestly pathetic, they previously paid 10% of the sale price which was already not really enough.

I have since decided not to sell with them anymore because I refuse to allow my artwork to become devalued by the royalties they offer.

Please don't support them at all, do not buy or sell with them. Plenty of alternate competitors instead.

Habe eine Bestellung storniert. Trotz der Stornierung wurde zwei Tage später die Ware versendet! Auf E-Mails wird jetzt nicht mehr geantwortet. Das Geld wurde aus der Kreditkarte abgezogen! Werde nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Ordered a poster and then received an email saying it would be delayed whilst framing. This would have meant 4 weeks from ordering to delivery. I complained that this wasn't good enough and to their credit Europosters got it to me in 2 weeks. I appreciate their efforts. Thanks.

The quality of the paper is very good, and the colour printing is OK. I ordered 4 posters, and returned two as the colours were not true and the printing too blurry. I was not refunded the amount due me but wrote to Customer Service were very quickly resolved this issue. So I am giving 4 sgars to Customer Service,

Compré 2 posters el 30/12 para entregar como regalo de reyes el día 6 porque me confirmaron que llegarían entre el 3 y el 5 de enero. Estamos a día 9 y no he recibido mi compra. He enviado varios mails algunos sin respuesta otros diciéndome que llegarán en varios días. Nada recomendables

Envié una imagen, para que me hicieran un poster con ella. Copiaron bien en un lienzo, PERO DESPES LA CLAVARON EN UN BASTIDOR, operación en la que se comieron la mitad de ella.

ORDER CANCELLED WITHIN 12 HRS , HAD E,MAIL CONFIRMING IT WAS CANCELLED , ORDER STILL CAME , TOLD TO REFUSE ( NO CAN DO ACORDING TO ROYAL MAIL) , SO , STILL BILLED £ 90 , 6 WEEKS LATER STILL GOT STUFF , WAITING FOR RETURN LABEL , STILL OWED £ 90-00, W T F .

The received wallpaper (blue snake) had a watermark "shinji_nakano". I made a complaint but customer service is still ignoring me. It looks like I will have to contact the market inspectorat regarding this issue. The worst experience ever with online shopping.

I ordered a second time from the website and again I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Outstanding quality, very well packed and delivered. Customer service was very helpful too. So I'm sure I will be ordering in the future again.

These people are simply totally unreliable .. I have worked for them and they refused me to pay my last month's paycheck ... Pure robbery and then you just can not get in touch with them again ..
Stay away from them ...

Got my canvas printed, good quality and delivery. But I don't understand why they don't answer to phone calls and emails. I have some questions for a new print and nobody answers me...

Je n’ai jamais reçu mon poster et ils ne répondent jamais aux mails correctement mais font comme si ils allaient bientôt envoyer la commande et retirent l’argent que vous ne revoyez jamais , un pure arnaque bien ficelée

Bought 3 framed posters in end november - supposed to be a Christmas gift. Was told would arrive 15th December. When no parcel arrived I inquired what was the status and was informed by return email that my package would arrive after the coming week-end. Now is Dec 23rd and still no parcel arrived and not possible to trace with UPS as was included in the purchase. Must say am not impressed !

Delayed shipping no apology
The item was shipped only 10 days after I had placed the order, and only after I had inquired of its whereabouts by e-mail. It did not make it on time our event, and their customer service was rude to say the least - no apology no nothing, just a one line e-mail with the tracking link as they had sent it once I reminded about the order - our customer refused to pay of course, so total waste of money. Do not order, you will not get.

Schlechte Qualität von Poster und Rahmen. Bilderrahmen kam beschädigt an. Auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Kein kostenloser Rückversand! Bzw. teurer Rückversand nach Tschechien. Ich habe mir auf Grund des professionellen Internetauftritts mehr erhofft.

Spullen goed verpakt en netjes geleverd.
Tijdstip van bezorgen was niet vooraf bekend.

We zijn nu een ruim een week verder en ik heb nog steeds NIETS gehoord.
Zoals ik al in mijn eerste revieuw schreef er komt geen fatsoenlijk antwoord uit.
Hun revieuw was enkel en alleen bedoeld om de zaak te sussen.
Heb maanden geleden zeeeer duidelijke fotos opgestuurd waarop de fouten goed te zien waren, naar europosters maar ze doen er niets mee.
