Ich habe Reise gebucht im Oktober. Dass ich krank geworden bin habe Reise storniert. Dass habe Versicherung informiert und Zeugnis geschickt. Dass sie dieses Zeugnis nicht akzeptiert habe nochmals ein anderes Zeugnis geschickt. Wieder bin abgelehnt aus Grund dass sie diese kreinkeit nicht versichert ist . Habe email dass mit dem nicht einverstanden bin und wieder Abt. Dass sind abzocker , und frage mich wass sie überhaupt zahlen.

Lange Wartezeiten, verspätete Rückvergütungen, schlechte Kommunikation, falsche Kommunikation. Glück hat, wer keinen Schaden hat.

My case (M257873.69) has been open for over 6 months following a medical emergency abroad, and I have not received a single euro in reimbursement. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails and making numerous calls, I have been completely ignored.

This so-called “assistance” was provided through our UBS credit card, and it’s been utterly useless. Europ Assistance has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human decency. For a company that markets itself as a safety net during emergencies, their behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

If this had been a life-threatening situation, I dread to think what would have happened. I trusted them during a vulnerable moment, and they failed me completely.

UBS should seriously reconsider this partnership and find a provider that actually delivers on their promises.

Avoid Europ Assistance at all costs. Unresponsive, incompetent, and not to be trusted when it matters most.

i got their insurance via mbank and will never make that mistake again.
they are not able to tell you beforehand if you are also insured for the treatment in private hospitals.
imagine you get hit by a car and they sent you unconscious to the first hospital that happens to be private.
then they tell you you are not insured for that..
what a scam. avoid at all cost.

Die typische Versicherung, wo man jedes Jahr Unsummen zahlt und sobald es einen Schaden gibt, wo man sie braucht, zögern sie erst alles ewig raus und machen alles unglaublich kompliziert. Und nach 6 Monaten (!) weisen sie einen darauf hin, dass es auf Seite 123 der AGB einen Hinweis gibt, dass der Schaden nicht abgedeckt ist (nur der Absatz hat mit dem Schaden nichts zu tun).
Die Versicherung ist eine große Enttäuschung.

...non seulement ça été à moi de trouver un taxi disponible le jour de ma panne...

...non seulement le dépanneur refusait de traiter avec Europ Assistance Suisse et a exigé que je paie le dépannage avec mon argent pour me faire rembourser moi-même par la suite...

...non seulement il n'y a eu aucune réponse ni remboursement 1,5 mois après l'envoi des frais que j'ai dû payer moi-même...

...sans aucune explication, seuls certains montants sont finalement remboursés, et d'autres ne le sont pas !!

Et on a beau réécrire, demander à être en contact avec un responsable, personne n'accepte de vous répondre ni de vous contacter. C'est donc du vol délibéré en ne remboursant pas des prestations qui ont pourtant été acceptés par leurs agents. Et le comportement des responsables est scandaleux. Je dénoncerai à certains de leurs partenaires.

Bref si vous avez le moindre problème en voyage, sachez que vous ne serez que peu soutenus et remboursés que partiellement.

Cette société malhonnête est à fuir et pour ma part c'est terminé, ce sera TCS et LIVRET ETI !!

Dans leur réponse ici, ils me disent qu’un responsable va analyser la situation et prendre contact avec moi dans les prochains jours. Nous sommes fin mars 2025 et encore et toujours personne n’a pris contact avec moi. Mes propos ici sont donc encore gentils par rapport à la réalité. Cette entreprise est à fuir absolument et je comprends pourquoi les garages et dépanneurs ne veulent plus avoir à faire à cette société !

TERRIBLE! If you have a claim, call every day, because your claim gets stuck in the system until you call and then, maybe, if you’re in luck, someone will kick it a bit further down the process. But if you don’t call, it will not be moving. Waiting for my reimbursement since early July 2023 (i.e 3+ months). Agents are nice though and I feel for them because they are trying their best with a totally customer unfriendly process meant at delaying payments for as long as possible.

It's more than one month that I submitted a claim. Not only they haven't paid what's due but they also don't answer my, multiple, emails requesting an update.

Beware cancelled flight that was fully insured and was denied refund. Aggressive, unpolite and unapologetic throughout. Useless as insurance, great for pissing people off and taking their money
