Save yourself the hassle
I purchased their "Brave" insurance policy specifically to cover emergency medical situations—like the severe hernia attack I experienced in the middle of the night. I woke up with excruciating pain, cold sweats, and shaking legs, and I needed immediate medical attention. I followed all the steps: I went to the hospital, got an ultrasound confirming my inguinal hernia, and received treatment.
Now, Euroins is refusing to cover the 3,600 UAH I spent on medical care, claiming that my ultrasound report didn’t explicitly state "emergency"- even though I was in clear distress and sought urgent help. Their reasoning? "The documents don’t confirm an emergency state." But how am I supposed to prove my pain beyond a medical diagnosis? They’re using bureaucratic loopholes to avoid paying for a legitimate claim.
What’s the point of having insurance if they deny coverage when you need it most? Their response made it clear that they’ll do everything possible to avoid paying, even when the situation is obviously urgent.
Save yourself the hassle—choose a different insurance provider. Euroins is not reliable when it matters.
