We’ve used the Eurocell branch in Sutton Coldfield for many years and the guys are always really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Nothing is ever too much and they’re always able to advise on current stock and swift ordering of anything they don’t have in. Thanks guys!

Excellent Service – Sutton Coldfield Branch

I’ve had a great experience with the Sutton Coldfield branch of Eurocell. The team there are extremely helpful and genuinely care about their customers.

No matter how many times I needed to adjust my order (even 10+ changes!), they handled everything without hesitation and always remained professional. Communication is spot on – they always call back with updates and keep you informed throughout the process.

They also take the time to properly explain which products are best suited for your needs, which is something I really value.

A special mention to Jack – he has been outstanding from start to finish. He really “held my hand” through the whole process, showing excellent product knowledge and great customer service skills. I honestly believe he has a bright future ahead of him in the company.

The product quality is excellent, and overall I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I would definitely recommend anyone to give the Sutton Coldfield branch a try.

When ordered everything I ordered was apparently in stock and delivery was in 2-3 days now nearly 2 weeks later still no more materials, so contacted eurocell, you items are out for delivery tomorrow, called back next day items still haven't been delivered to the store for dispatch and are unsure whether they will be delivered by tomorrow, be careful when ordering as Web site is obviously not correct of the stock they have

The experience has been so easy. From getting a quote via email, a text message the following day and a home visit and purchasing the day after that. Bought our garden office through Robin on 04/03 and building started on the 16th.
