What a fantastic company to buy from. Used the Leicester branch spoke to Matt who went through my order for the fencing i requied and answered the queries I had with dealeries and cutting to fit the smaller planel I needed, very professional. Items arrived on time and the dealivey driver Dan was very helpful and put the product were I required them. Ordered online at about 9 am. It was delivered at 13:10 the same day. I Couldn't believe it. Also I missed an item off the order and called the Leicester branch, they added it and that was delivered at the same time. That's what I call service Brilliant.

I was waiting for the " ready to collect" email or text message to collect my order. The message never came . I sent an email to the customer service who send an email after 2 days saying that me order is ready to collect.
I made the purchase Under the impression that I can click and collect in one hour time.

I placed my order on Monday at approx 10.30 and my order was delivered on Tuesday at approx 10.30. That is excellent service which is rare these days. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Eurocell in the future.
