Good value and quality.

I had visited Enfield store spoke to Martin who was helpful and polite. And used online to order which was quick and very easy to use.

I didn’t receive any information about my order being ready to collect and when I did go to collect it the staff were shutting up for the night 30 minutes before the advertised time. Their attitude was that I was being a nuisance. Awful customer service.

I ordered on Saturday afternoon and my order came by Monday morning

Ordered on line and collected a few hours later in Brimsdown Enfield. The staff there were very friendly and helpful and I'd certainly use that branch for my future needs.

Brilliant. We weren't sure exactly what we needed for the job but Mick at the Enfield branch gave us a call and sorted us out and we had it all within a few days. :)

Good company, good products, fair prices, a very straight forward service. Opens early enough.

I made an order they collected from my residence for return 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my refund.
Called them 3 time last week 23/11/22 about it and the week before
Keep getting an assistant stating she has sent it to be refunded every time I call, even with me asking to speak to management.

I would never order from this company ever again my first experience

I have builders in and out of my home at the moment and to be honest l was dreading the delivery coming this morning as other materials and equipment was being dropped off and picked up and l have been TOTALLY stressed out.

The person who delivered the items was called Jay. I could immediately see what company he was from as his "uniform" was clean with the company logo was clearly displayed.

He could see l was stressed out, and was very respectful, helpful, patient and professional towards me. No inane chat, no jokes, no banter, no swearing; just normal conversation. He presented like this from the moment he arrived, signed the paperwork and he left.

I purchased a 160mm window board and 2 end caps @ £26.25 and £2.61 and then charged a 27% material surcharge @ £7.79 + vat. What is the surcharge about I paid cash over the counter. I will definitely not be using again, check your invoice before paying
