Attended my Avonmouth branch in a late day panic for some materials for early start next day, I was, as usual met by helpful friendly staff who were brilliant.

Fast and efficient great price on products

Ordered fascia for a job, was told via email that I would have a phone call In 3 business days, waited 7 days in total then I rang them as customer was asking what was going on, it got delivered to a different branch, I had to wait another day!! Then they turned up late so no work could be carried out, had to go back another day, what a shame, how can I run a business and give clients time lines and this happens. Will not go here again. Avonmouth and Cardiff branches, online order.

After a year of research on garden rooms, we decided to arrange a free site visit with Eurocell. Booking a visit online was straightforward and we were contacted quickly by the team. They arranged for Sales Executive Robin Iles to visit, take measurements and advise on construction and cost. Robin's communication prior to his visit was impeccable. The site visit itself was a joy. Robin provided his expert opinion but was receptive to our needs and questions. There was no pressure to make a decision but we felt comfortable saying yes on the day. Our garden room was constructed today and Robin made contact to check we were happy with everything. From delivery to build, our experience with Eurocell has been exceptional. Robin is a credit to the company and deserves every one of the five stars in this review.

One of the most helpful companies (Avonmouth branch) I have used, highly recommend them if, like me, you don't want to spend a fortune on a new uPVC door step that would normally mean the door and frame would need to be removed in it's entirety, the window sill repair covers work a treat!

Good product but let down by delivery. No prior notice of it or after delivery & had to chase up to get a copy of the invoice.

I placed an order for fascia and guttering online (2 Oct) and was offered free delivery. It was only after paying that I found I’d have to wait to hear from your carrier for a delivery date. After 5 days I had not heard so I called into your branch (7 Oct) and was told it would be delivered 2 days later. It was not. I called in again the following day and delivery was arranged for the following day. It was then delivered on Friday 11 October. This has delayed the job it was needed for, has delayed removal of scaffolding and caused further damp problems due to the torrential rain now being experienced. The staff in the branch were very apologetic but that hasn’t helped my situation. I now wish I had collected it myself or bought it somewhere else.

I think Eurocell is very good because they have excellent products and very helpful staff
