I wish I could give this place no stars. Absolutely filthy! The rooms are dark & smell foul. Honestly the worst experience EVER! I’ve been to plenty of spas & this is by far the worst. They should be closed down immediately! It’s unhygienic. I had a big shock when I walked in. It’s honestly awful. The receptionist who greets you when you come in does not speak a good enough level of English at all, and it just gets worse from there. Do not waste your money. When I complained they actually told me I was disruptive the day I visited! 😂 I cannot stress enough how disappointing this place is. I left feeling dirty & very stressed out. I wasted my whole day. I actually cannot believe this is an operational business. I am reporting them to the relevant authorities. It’s an absolute disgrace. The good reviews cannot be legitimate. There’s no way on earth anyone could have enjoyed their day here. As soon as you walk in you will want to leave. It doesn’t get cleaned properly…Flies everywhere…smells like urine…bits of muck in the jacuzzi 🤮 I literally can’t put this place into words. Foul 🤢

Poor service. Arrived to receive my massage and was immediately asked to leave. Was told by staff that I could enjoy the spa access and then was told by an impolite manager that my spa access was for an hour before the service (this was not communicated to me in any of the confirmation emails).

She asked my partner and I to leave. Very poor service, very disappointing and a waste of money.

The spa seems to be poorly managed. It was definitely overbooked when we went, there was no room in the jacuzzi and we ended up having to leave early. The spa is a lot smaller than expected. The sauna and other parts of the spa are also quite small and due to the high number of people it made a very uncomfortable experience. Very nice interior but disappointing experience.

I visited this spa as part of a hen do with 2 other women, as part of a spa + afternoon deal. We had a positive day overall, the spa facilities themselves were excellent and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

However, despite having paid for the afternoon tea as part of our package, we were unexpectedly informed at the point of consuming the tea that we needed to finish promptly because a larger group (another hen do) were coming in. Staff began clearing our plates before we had actually finished our tea, which made the experience feel rushed. We were not told this at the point of booking or upon arrival. I also had to inform staff that we would still need to use the showers and changing facilities before we left, which seemed to be met with some reservations.

We felt that our group was deprioritised because this larger hen group was booked immediately after us. There was no latest exit time stated when we booked or on arrival (90 minutes for spa access only, which we finished on time). Had we been informed that our visit would need to end promptly at 2:00 pm due to another booking, we would likely have chosen an earlier time slot so that we could fully enjoy the experience we had paid for.

As the larger group arrived while we were leaving, the changing rooms and showers also became very overcrowded, meaning we had to wait for space. There is definitely not enough changing facilities or shower available for busier periods, especially for women who may be getting ready to go on to other plans afterwards.

We probably only needed an extra 10–20 minutes to finish our afternoon tea and get ready at a comfortable pace, but instead the end of our visit felt unnecessarily rushed and our hen was quite disappointed/jarred by the experience.

You also have to pay extra for robes and slippers,which are typically included in all other spa deals I have experience previously, from a hygiene perspective.

I treated myself to a spa day at Euphoria Spa this July, postponed from August 2025. I felt so well looked after by Omar and Eliana who I assume are managers and Olga, who was my massage therapist. My original appointment was postponed because of unexpected works at the soap. To make up for it Omar added an extra treatment! On the day, everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful. It's a small spa so I was lucky to be there on a Monday when it wasn't so busy. Clean rooms, sauna, steam room and a special room to do self administered scrubs. Nice chilled vibe in the middle of the City. I'd go again because of great customer service and the added extras.

We came to Euphoria Spa, my friend and I as a birthday gift for her, the place is soo clean, smells really nice. Everyone was so helpful and so cheerful.
The facilities are clean and on a weekday it wasn't busy at all. We also had a hamam with a scrup which was nice and relaxing.
Would definitely recommend it 👌

I went to the spa today and had a fantastic experience. It’s a beautiful place, and the staff looked after us so well from start to finish. We were welcomed with complimentary Prosecco, enjoyed the sauna and spa facilities, and the salt room was amazing—it really helped with my asthma and cleared my sinuses. The hammam massage was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. We had a great time and are already planning to come back for a massage together. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was very clean the cleaner was around 24/7 which was good , the lady at reception was very welcoming and nice to us I recommend this spa for a relaxation time with friends even there plate platters were decent size for the 2 of us

Had a great experience at Euphoria Spa, nice and clean facilities, multiple sauna rooms and central location. Celine at the reception was welcoming and gave us a little introduction tour of the SPA at the beginning.

Olga made me and my sister’s experience at this spa amazing! Her customer service was more than satisfactory.

Took my wife to celebrate 8 years married and had a super relaxing time! As soon as we entered Olga made sure the relaxation started immediately with her welcoming nature. Really enjoyed the scrub which made my skin feel amazing. Would visit again!

My daughter and I had a lovely day mainly due to the exceptional service of staff especially Umer who was covering reception. Nothing was too much trouble and he spent time explaining everything in detail. The massage staff were very professional and took pride in their work. Sadly the hot tub was cool along with sauna and a few general maintenance areas let the place down in general but the staff were really outstanding. I would recommend this spa in the hope that the hot tub was warmer and maintenance just lacking on that day .

This was my first massage experience and I found it really relaxing! First off booking was easy and the lady at the desk was really friendly. The spa looked really nice and cosy. The jacuzzi was nice though I would have preferred it warmer but it was a hot day so it was relaxing nonetheless.

I had a massage with Olga and she and her colleagues made me feel well cared for and she checked in with me during the massage that the pressure was okay.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it wasn't very accessible, there were quite a few flights of stairs to access the spa and I am physically disabled. Despite informing them of my condition in the forms, I feel I wasn't properly warned about this and suprisingly not offered alternative entry - there is a lift next door which had Euphoria spa labelled on the basement level. I decided to just endure the stairs even though they are difficult for me because I didn't want to fuss.

Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would book them again! The massage has helped alleviate my back pain greatly and I was able to relax even though I was a bit of an anxious mess lol

Enjoyable spa experience with the masseuse Olga, she was the best and lovely. Olga helped release the tension and knots in my back during my massage. She ensured that I was relaxed and comfortable throughout and catered to my request of a firm to deep pressure during my mixed (Swedish and deep tissue) massage. Left the spa feeling light and blissful.

My massage therapist, Olga, was amazing. She gave me the best massage i’ve ever had. She was very patient, friendly and professional. She made me feel very comfortable and I was thoroughly taken care of. I will definitely back for another treatment and will request Olga.
I had afternoon and that was very nice too.
