Ho ricevuto una mail che mi invitava a compilare un sondaggio per poter usufruire di un voucher per 2 persone in una Capitale Europea per 3 notti.
Una volta concluso il sondaggio magicamente risulto far parte di un gruppo fortunato di persone per le quali il voucher si estende a 5 notti e non più tre.
Subito dopo viene richiesto un pagamento di euro 19,80 gouatificandolo come "costo d'emissione"
Assolutamente scam!
Non fidatevi, come dicono anche altre recensioni queste mail promettono voucher gratuiti per 3 o addirittura 5 notti gratis in Europa per 2 persone. Una volta terminato il sondaggio (temporizzato per mettere più ansia all'utente) vi chiedono i vostri dati e il pagamento di una tassa d’emissione che servirà per coprire i costi relativi a (Condurre i sondaggi in 14 lingue, Analizzare con precisione i risultati e creare rapporti approfonditi, Promuovere il turismo individuale in Europa). Una volta scaduto il tempo ti danno la possibilità di prolungarlo. I metodi di pagamento sono solo con carta di credito/debito o con GPay/Apple Pay (non vi fidate dei siti dove sono presenti solo questi metodi di pagamento).
ATTENZIONE nel caso aveste già proceduto al pagamento avete il diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni!

Chiedo che il rimborso del pagamento venga effettuato nello stesso modo in cui è avvenuto il pagamento stesso."

The emails are deceptive, they claim that you are winning a voucher but you're actually buying the voucher.
The voucher you are promised is not free and there other costs they do not tell you about beforehand. They are also not connected to the EU even though it might seem that way at first.
After you participated, they will send you spam emails too.
Do not give them any of your data and do not ever participate in any of their "surveys" for "research". This is a scam.
Beware of these scammers from Eurorest (check theit Trustpilot reviews, they speak for themselves). They make you believe they are EU connected and gathering data for research while trying to steal your personal information and money. They offer a “free” voucher for a hotel stay, but suddenly ask you for a service fee when it comes to business.

Be careful. They use a lot of symbols that can give an impression of an official EU organisation. Also they use the tactic of the ticking clock, so people are in a hurry. I saw the ad on Instagram, I assumed it was from some sort of non profit. Also they claim that after the survey, you will get a "free" voucher. In reality they will charge around 20 euros for that for some "handling" fees. You then get redirected to another website to pay, and look up the reviews for that website, it is scam all over it,the website you get redirected to is called eurorest.net, look it up. Also interesting that there the price is no longer for the handling fees, but for something completely different. The PC version of the website discloses that it is not affiliated with any non profit, and it is also registered in the USA...
You have 14 days of right for a refund, please use it. Don't know how, but I read in other reviews that it was possible.
