I ordered a haul on the 24th on March it was dispatched on the 28th March after having no updated I presumed it was lost spoke to my evri delivery man and he said I would need to contact the sender because it had been over 7 days!
The chat bot on their app kept ending the chat ok me before reaching a conclusion their Instagram didn’t respond and their email bounced back to me.
When I finally got a response from them through email they admitted it was lost apologised and then that was it I got no response after this I’m now on day 22 no refund and no product and no communication utterly appalling I would never use them ever again

Same as the rest. Ordered 14 days ago. Package hasn't even been shipped. Impossible to get in touch with customer service. Their live chat say thay will reply in 3 days (then whats the point with a live chat??), but nope. Seems like we got scammed.

I ordered a dozen items, all past 2wk late.
I ordered a dozen items, each was an expensive item for comparable brands. I was informed 3 to 5 days shipping. It's now been 14 days and not even an updated ETA for the order.
Company response to my inquiry states 3 days for a response. This seems excessive and I think this company over markers and under staffs for customer support. They should scale accordingly or face returns that might stunt growth.

Ik bestel hier nooit meer, ik ben in principe altijd tevreden geweest over de kwaliteit van de kleding, maar wanneer je bij een “birthdaysale” voor 200 euro aan product besteld en het er na 21 dagen nog steeds niet is ben ik er klaar mee. Ik heb gemaild, nog geen reactie. Daarnaast werken de trackingslinkjes ook totaal niet, staat al 2 weken vast zonder update. En als kers op de taart lees je overal op internet dat mensen nu inklaringskosten moeten gaan betalen, terwijl dit voorheen ALTIJD door AYBL zelf werd gedekt. De mail van de klantenservice met een kleine “sorry voor de lange wachttijd het is druk” helpt dan ook niet meer mee. Ben echt zo teleurgesteld, aliexpress verzend nog sneller en dat komt uit china, dit is 4 uurtjes met de boot.
Het is ongelooflijk traag en slechte communicatie
Het duurt allemaal zo verschrikkelijk lang voordat je iets krijgt. Inmiddels al 3 weken verder. Klantenservice is ook echt enorm slecht want ze zijn gewoon niet te bereiken.
Ook kreeg ik geen order bevestiging, maar ik had wel betaald. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik na een week bericht dat mijn bestelling onderweg zou zijn, en dat is die nog steeds.
Het zou fijn zijn als ik in ieder geval een update zou krijgen dat er iets vertraagd is oid. Op dit punt zal ik dus ook niet aanraden om daar te bestellen en al helemaal niet tijdens de sale
SCAM- USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE - DON’T ORDER
I made my order on 25/03, it said it had been shipped on 31/03, that was the last tracking information of my parcel.
The customer service is the worst, I desperately tried to contact them numerous times, and when I got to by-pass the chatbot, I received the most useless and careless customer service from SARAH, who I think deliberately ignored the problem, and just sent me the tracking number. I was ASTONISHED.
Like, I’m telling you that I’m tracking my parcel everyday and it hasn’t moved in over a week and I think it’s probably lost, and after days of not answering, you just send me the tracking number.
I’m very afraid I won’t see my parcel and neither my refund.
This is a scam, and should be reported to legal authorities.

Feel like I have been scammed returned 3 items & was only refunded for 2 contacted them to be answered by a chatbot with a generic email, they seem to be sending the same email to everyone they are doing this to which basically says they are not taking responsibility and I've to look in my home for the item. They are keeping the item to sell on at my expense awful first experience will have to open a dispute on this with paypal now.

Poor communication
Poor communication, no shipping updates and long shipping times that were not communicated prior to ordering: 3-5 days was promised, now waiting for my order for more than 10 days with no updates.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Ordered over 2 weeks ago and got nothing. Just an order number and no delivery. There’s no way to contact customer service as I’m just stuck with a chat bot that offers few options and ends the conversation abruptly without any helpful information. This is definitely a scam company that uses influencers to get money off people. Avoid at all cost!!!.

Odotin kaksi viikkoa hupparia. Lähetin useita viestejä, että missä tuote viipyy. Vastaus oli monta kertaa, että isojen alennusmyyntien vuoksi lähetys kestää. Vihdoin neljänteen viestiin vastattiin, että tuote on tilattu ennen alennusmyyntejä ja se lähetetään nyt minulle uudelleen. Kävikin ilmi että huppari oli loppu varastosta ja minulle sanottiin että voin jäädä odottamaan kun niitä tulee lisää. Sanoin että jään odottamaan. Tämän jälkeen minulle sanottiin, että minun pitää itse laittaa sähköposti ilmoitukset tuotteeseen päälle ja ilmoittaa yritykselle kun sitä on taas saatavilla?!?!? Menin tekemään tätä ja hupparia ei enään löydy sivuilta. Loppujen lopuksi asiakaspalvelija ei antanut muuta vaihtoehtoa kuin se että he palauttavat minulle rahat. En saanut enää valita edes toista tuotetta. Mitään korvauksia asiasta en saanut eikä yhtiöllä ole feedback lomaketta. EN VOI SUOSITELLA kyseistä yritystä kenellekään!

Returns SCAM! They will dispute your return and NOT refund you!
I returned two items and got an email saying my refund had been processed but when I took a closer look, the refund they issued didn’t even cover 1 of the items I returned. First red flag!!
I sent customer services an email saying there’s a mistake with my refund. To be met with no apology and told they only received 1 item from me (conveniently for them, the cheaper item). They went on to ask me to PROVE I sent both items. Now looking at other people’s reviews, I can see the company uses this tactic a lot!
As a honest and trusting consumer, it’s business’s like this that let everyone down. They now have almost £40 of my money and they have the product in their inventory to sell again, tell me a better scam!!!
Update: following my review, I will contacted by Sarah in customer services, who escalated my complaint and processed a full refund for my return.

AVOID!! You can’t reach them for help at all. They don’t answer your questions. When you’re dissatisfied they just don’t answer you when you have a normal question they do. I’m Canadian and the duties on this are expensive. They put false advertising on their website and they are fully aware of it. I bought the empowered leggings and it’s written on the tag that the butt seem is fragile but it’s not written anywhere on the website. I wouldn’t have bought them if I knew. I do CrossFit workouts I need solid leggings. You end up with broken leggings in your hands and a 50$ bill if you want to return them. They’re terrible people and terrible products.

Quality of the products has went down hill A lot last years. I ordered 3 pars of leggings and all of the broke after 2 months of light using.. 30 days return and change for all products sounds good but if everything breaks after 2 months of use it doesn’t really help customer..
Two year back I would have 100% recommended this company but not anymore.
