Ich musste mir mein Geld über Paypal zurückholen, da sich der 1More Kundensupport auch nach 6 E-Mails Hin & Her weigerte, mir innerhalb der 30 Tage Rückgabezeit, das Retourenlabel zu schicken. Erst hieß es, man könnte keine gebrauchten Kopfhörer zurücksenden, dann behaupteten sie, meine Lieferadresse sei nicht in Deutschland und erhöhten währenddessen ihr "alternatives Angebot" mir 20% Rabatt zu gewähren auf 30%. Mein Recht, das Produkt zurückzugeben wurde konsequent ignoriert und selbst wenn man sie auf ihre eigenen Rückgaberichtlinien hinwies, wiederholten sie immer wieder dieselben Textbausteine per Mail und ignorierten die Fakten. Die Over-Ear Kopfhörer wollte ich zurückgeben, weil sie auch nach einer Woche auslüften extrem chemisch stanken, sowas kann man nicht im Gesicht tragen. Der klang ist im Vergleich zu ähnlich preisigen Over-Ears auch schlechter, das ANC rauscht und erzeugt unangenehmen Unterdruck. Würde jedem abraten da zu bestellen...

Ich habe Kopfhörer bestellt, die leider nicht mit meiner Hardware kompatibel sind und wollte deshalb von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen. Leider antwortet 1 More nicht auf E-Mails und so komme ich nicht weiter.
Sehr enttäuschend, da ich von der Qualität der Produkte überzeugt bin. Ich werde es weiterhin versuchen aber mich haben sie als Kunden verloren.

Habe die Kopfhörer erhalten. Habe sie 15min getestet. Sound war super leider sehr unkomfortabel auf meinem Kopf und die Knöpfe wacklig verarbeitet. Daher wollte ich sie nach EU Fernabsatzgesetzt zurücksenden. Zunächst wurde ich mit verschiedenen Gegenangeboten hingehalten. Danach wurde mir eine Reduktion um 50% angeboten. Diese nahm ich an.
Leider habe ich die angebotene Reduktion nicht erhalten. Danach habe ich aber nichts mehr vom Verkäufer gehört. Es wirkt fast so als wollte man versuchen Zeit verstreichen zu lassen, damit man die 14 Tage Rückgabefrist nicht mehr nutzen kann. Geht an Paypal!

A year ago, I bought Evo headphones from them. The first pair arrived broken, and after I returned them at my own expense, they replaced them with new ones. After a year, the headphones broke again. Even though I submitted the complaint on time, they told me the headphones had been purchased 2 years ago (they were actually bought in June last year) and that the service no longer covered them. They stopped replying to my further messages, or the emails bounced back. I do not recommend them at all — I strongly advise against it. I can’t do anything now except appeal to the European Consumer Rights Ombudsman. Scammers!

I enjoy the crisp yet bassy sound of the Triple Driver model.
The threaded cable is also a nice touch and the microphone picks my voice up pretty well during calls.
I had a good experience with the customer service which is reactive and treated me well.

Great Customer support. Our headphones had a problem, we have reported it and got a very fast reply. Problem was solved within a couple of days and we have received a replacement. Thank you so much!

Had some issues with my delivery but the customer service was very friendly, helpful and very quick to respond. Within a couple of days I received my 1more triple driver in-ear headphones without further complications. I wish more customer service worked this well. Regarding the headphones, I love them! Had them for a couple of months now and they sound awesome. Wired is the best.
I mostly listen to metal and can really recommend these in-ear to my fellow metalheads out there!

I bought a pair of earphones in the morning but found my old ones and wrote the customer service for a cancellation they did it quick without any problems excellent customer service!

No complaints at all. Ordered 1MORE Triple Driver In-Ear Headphones and they arrived 3 days later. The price to buy direct from their website was about 15€ cheaper than BOL. The headphones are great quality, cord type wires, includes adapter for phones with no headphones socket, carrying bag and loads of different size ear fittings.
The sound quality is really nice too. Glad I chose them.

I have ordered my 1MORE pistonbuds pro q30 from official European website: https://eu.1more.com/ on 8th of January, 2025 and received them today, 13th of January, 2025 (3-5 shipping days, as they claim on their website), except that I was not informed that my order has been shipped. Earbuds are working perfectly fine, fully charged as expected. So many bad reviews about the OFFICIAL seller, I was scared to order from here, my conclusion is that people, who order stuff online, lack patience these days.

Bluff och scam! Betalningen går till ett kinesiskt konto och trackingsidan är falsk. Får bara meddelanden om att försändelsen är försenad. Kollade betyg för 1more.com här på Trustpilot och insåg att många fler blivit lurade.
Som tur var betalade jag genom PayPal och fick pengarna tillbaka genom dem.
