I strongly recommend that no one purchases from this company — it gives serious scam vibes.

I placed an order around February/March last year and paid in full. After waiting, I was eventually told the item was out of stock and that I would receive a refund.

It has now been over a year, and I still have not received anything back.

To make matters worse, I can no longer access bank statements from that far back to prove the refund was never processed — which they now rely on.

I’ve sent around 20 emails and received only 3 vague responses. There is essentially no customer service, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue.

Very disappointing experience.

Habe schon einmal geschrieben das ich Christbaum bestellt habe, und es ist keine geliefert worden, und Rückerstattung auch nicht. Das möchte ich doch korrigieren, habe gestern die Rückerstattung auf meine Konto erhalten. Ist iergendwie Fehler passiert, etramart hat sich bei mir entschuldigt und gleich auf Konto überwiesen. Möchte das hier nur klar stellen, das alles gut ausgegangen ist, Fehler können passieren.

Scammers, they steal the money and don't ship the product.

I bought a SpongeBob Lego set back in July I was so excited to get it and to this day I never received it. Extremely disappointed as I spent a lot of money and I got scammed.

Much better than alternatives

They never send the package and they dont even reply. A Total scam.

Die verkaufen Weihnachtsbäume, die absoluter Scam sind und dann überweisen sie das Geld nicht zurück. Weder die Beschreibung hat gepasst, noch die Bilder. Absoluter Scam.
Warten jetzt über ein Monat auf die Rückerstattung. Keine Antwort auf Nachfragen.
