questo sito non meriterebbe nessuna stella in quanto mi ha incollato un abbonamento di 49.90 senza avvisare dopo un servizio di ridimensionamento di una foto al costo di un (1)centesimo per utilizzare gratuitamente il programma per 5 volte.non avendo autorizzato il pagamento per l abbonamento mensile rinnovabile mese per mese .una vergogna ,una truffa .

haben Sie mir erst den hälftigen Betrag erstattet und etwas später dann den Rest. In Ihren Abo AGBs wird von einem Testprogramm geschrieben, das dann nach 24 Std. automatisch in ein Abo übergeht !!!
Auf der Abbuchung stand dann LLC ORANGE SUNSHINE LLC.. auch hochgradig unseriös !!!!!

They asked for last 3 of card number, my email address and a screenshot of payment. I felt uneasy about this and spoke to the bank again, they have blocked any further payments and advised me to send the info they requested. I was very careful not to share anything else. They offered me a 50% discount which I declined and said I wanted a full refund. I got an email today saying the refund has been approved and hopefully £49.90 will be back in my account inside 7 days. Do not be deterred if they don’t refund you your bank will take up the case but you have to give etool hell and 7 days to refund you before the bank will dispute the payment for misrepresentation.

Achtung große Abzocke. Erst für eine Doensrleistung 0,10€ zahlen und dann wird automatisch ein Abo abgeschlossen, das kostet dann 49,90€. Habe das sofort bei Paypal gemeldet und zum Glück erstattet bekommen. Zusätzlich habe ich das Abo gekündigt und Strafanzeige gestellt.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Total scam - AVOID. Used the website to compress a few professional pictures as memory size too big to send, at a cost of what I thought was 10p per picture. Less than 24 hours I get charged £49 for a Pro Subscription that I never agreed to.

Have complained and will be escalating to necessary trade bodies if they don’t provide full refund.

Leider auch per PayPal und 10 Cent Abbuchung in die Abofalle getappt. Maßnahme: Abo manuell online kündigen, Zahlbetrag 49,90 € bei PayPal als nicht autorisiert reklamieren. Innerhalb weniger Stunden hatte ich mein Geld zurück.

Scam alert, agreed to a 10p charge only yet they debited £49.90 the following day and said I agreed to a subscription, who in their right mind signs up to £50 a month to edit a photo 😡 avoid

Ich habe bei etool.ai einen Service für 0,10€ in Anspruch genommen und mir wurde ein Abo für 50€ untergeschoben. Ich fühle mich durch dieses Vorgehen betrogen und kann nur jeden vor dieser Website warnen.

Durch Täuschung der Internetseite (man glaubt man zahlt 0.10€ für die Bearbeitung eines Bildes), wird einen stattdessen ein viel höherer Betrag abgezogen.

Absolute Katastrophe! Ich wollte ein Motiv freistellen für ein TShirt Druck , habe für 0,10 € mit Paypal bezahlt und mir wurden zusätzlich noch 49€ Euro abgezogen. Abo Falle !

Absolutely disgusted by these people. They lure you in with a cheap transfer of a file. Paid that.
Then hit with a £49.90 payment the next day for subscription that I never agreed to. Thankfully it was through my paypal account. Got it all sorted in the end.

Eine Betrüger-Firma! Auf die leider auch ich hereingefallen bin. Mit dem 10-Cent-Trick für das Komprimieren eines (1) Fotos wird man monatlicher 49,90-Euro-Abonnent. Das sofortige Storno stoppt nur die Fortsetzung des "Vertrags", die erste Rate ist weg. Immerhin schreibt eine Service-Mitarbeiterin namens Bonnie (Ihr Chef heißt Clyde) nette Mails. Auch ein Geschäftsmodell, natürlich ohne Impressum. Auch das habe ich zu spät bemerkt.

If I could score this company zero I would.

My husband used this service to convert one page for £0.10 and 24 hours later has been hit with a charge of £49.90.

We have complained to the company, PayPal and blocked the account with our bank but may still lose the £49.90 as PayPal have said it’s a legal transaction! We do intend to appeal.

How can this transaction be legal when they are hoodwinking people into a subscription that they have no idea they’re signing up to.

I wish we’d read these reviews before using but hindsight’s a wonderful thing 🤦‍♀️

So PLEASE, don’t be stupid like us and steer clear.
