Reached out online to inquire about the sale of several vintage bags in great condition. The communication experience was poor from the start: responses came in English despite me writing in Dutch, with a condescending tone. After they said they would reach out, I heard nothing. I had to follow up myself after a week, and only after I explicitly expressed my frustration with how I was being treated did I finally get a response: a flat "we're not interested."

For a consignment shop charging sellers a 40% margin, the bare minimum is professional, timely communication. What I experienced was the opposite. Would not recommend selling here.

Etoile reageert nauwelijks op online berichten. Ik heb ze inmiddels 4 berichten gestuurd, over allemaal hetzelfde en op 1 (de 2e hebben ze gereageerd), verder tot op heden nog niet. Probeer nu in totaal al 3 wk contact op te nemen over het verkopen van een tas via hen.

En dit is de 2e ervaring die ik met ze heb op deze manier.

Maar eens kijken of ze hier vlotter zijn...

I am not really that happy with purchase.
They sold me a chanel flapbag, that they clearly had painted on it as the paint wore off just months after and it was definitely sold overly expensive. You find cheaper bags online. Then they refused to resell the bag they sold me so that just tells everything about their services.

Afspraak gemaakt, moeite gedaan om te komen met een gebroken arm dat is nog niet gemakkelijk, is de winkel dicht. Enige nummer online is van de boutiek in amsterdam. De afspraak niet netjes afgezegt medewerkster was 2 uur ervoor ziek naar huis. Medewerkster aan de telefoon hangt mij op. Belt vervolgens terug om te zeggen dat zij niet heeft opgehangen.
Een zaak die geen afspraken nakomt en niet met een passende oplossing kan komen vertrouw ik niet toe met dure spullen.

Iemand belt mij via een 06 dat ik niet aardig was tegen de medewerkster en ik iets moet van hun. Dat ze mijn tas helemaal niet hoefde en of ik dat normaal vind.
Maar vond het dood normaal dat een afspraak niet wordt nagekomen zoner af te bellen. Zeker geen zaak van zn woord of service gericht

Tas gekocht bij de bijenkorf van etoile-luxuryvintage.com. De dames van de bijenkorf niets op aan te merken maar na 3 weken begint de tas te scheuren. Terug naar de winkel gegaan waar ik de tas gekocht heb en toevallig was er een medewerker van de tassen zelf daar. Zij nam ook gelijk contact op met de baas in Amsterdam en enige wat gezegd werd was dat de tas al kapot was. Nou de tas was niet kapot want dat hebben we bij aankoop gecontroleerd. Er was ook totaal niets mogelijk want het enige wat de baas kon zeggen dat was dat het al kapot was. Ook al zijn het vintage tassen waar je genoeg voor betaald, mag je toch verwachten dat de service wat beter was geregeld. Jammer dat de bijenkorf met zo’n zaak in zee is gegaan om tassen te verkopen.

And when you ask more question regarding a bag: oh it is a very expensive bag you know and you can not touch it 😂😂😂😂😂

Mijn ervaring in de winkel was zeer positief, ze hebben een groot assortiment aan mooie tassen en het personeel heeft mij goed geholpen.

OPLICHTERS! Anderhalve maand geleden een tas gekocht van €600. Hij is nu al kapot (belachelijk natuurlijk). Toen ik contact opnam met het bedrijf wordt gewoon de schouders opgehaald. Vreselijk bedrijf, nog vreselijkere klantenservice. Hier iets kopen is honderden euro’s weggooien; ze verkopen gebrekkige producten en laten je zelf opdraaien voor de reparatie. Be-lach-e-lijk!

Heeft nadat mijn aankoop productie gebreken vertoonden probleemoplossend gehandeld .
