Placed an order nearly a week ago and…

Edit:
Rather than delete the review I’d like to say that I’m going to admit I jumped the gun a bit here and was harsh to jump to conclusions.
Evangelos of Ethos has contacted me and is sorting out my refund as I type this edit. I should have allowed more time as things happen in life that are not always predictable. Ethos should keep its great reputation intact.

Placed an order over a week ago and apart from confirmation email I’ve heard nothing. I have since had some concerns about the nootropics and customs clearance and emailed Ethos severss as l times without reply. I’ve asked now for a refund and 24 hours later still nothing. Very disappointed indeed!

I am very satisfied with Ethos Herbals.
The shop communicates quickly, in a friendly manner, and transparently. You can tell they really put in the effort and are honest with their customers. The order arrived well-packaged, and there was even a small gift included.
I particularly appreciate the open and helpful communication—something that is unfortunately not a given in this industry.
I would happily order from them again!

Ethos herbal Athens

Friendly and very helpful with deep knowledge of herbals remedies . I have been suggested to get a different molecular compound which I did not know was cheaper and in my case a lot better then the one I had in mind. Thanks to the Manager of this beautiful shop.
