Good, personable service
I bought a wash bag through eTHikel and despite having real problems with Royal Mail (which failed three times to deliver my parcel), eTHikel (and Aspen in particular) were so helpful dealing with it all for me, liaising with the vendor and rearranging for delivery. The service I received from eTHikel was great and I would certainly use them again.

Glue needed for glitter, be advised
Lovely packaging but hadn't realised the need for glue. This needs to be made explicit when selling the glitter.

I wish more companies would offer a starter kit. This gives one an idea of the quality of the products and the service they provide. Well worth the money. I will be buying a starter pack for my daughter next month.

I made the error of viewing packaging rather than weight so was shocked at the contrast in package size to very small contents supplied. Recommend before purchase you weigh out content so you know exactly what you will be receiving.

Many of the products we list are made by small businesses and as such the product packaging is consistent with the other lattes this particular brand offers. The product information does detail the number of servings. We are however pleased to read that you enjoyed the latte.

Issue with delivery times
Quoted delivery time of 3-5 days was actually 9 days, which wasn’t great for a birthday gift.
