I like to support social enterprises which have a positive impact on the community. Ethex provides a great platform and does the due dilligence for me to do this. They also provide an IFISA wrapper wh... Zobacz więcej
Seems like a good platform, the only reason I have done 4 stars rather than 5. I have yet to see how they handle the payouts from my previous ripple energy solar and wind farm earnings.
1. The ‘read this first’ policy is a welcome change from the usual hard sell techniques. 2. The construction of the investments so I can pitch in a little and, again, not feel under pressure. 3. S... Zobacz więcej

I am trying to invest via Ethex from France
I am trying to invest from France. This seems to create difficulties with their poor IT system - looks polished, performs badly.
Firstly I had to provide extra proof of address but failed to gain a response until I complained.
Then I tried to invest. I tried five times using 3 bank accounts. Each time the same issue - approve the expenditure in the app then the investment fails.
Rather annoyed to read a response from an Ethex employee stating that I could not have tried to invest as my attempts ‘left no marker.’ I have since sent a screen shot showing their error message.

Look at the correspondence
Explain decisions, reply to queries, give intelligent responses, refrain from contradictory messages and address clients respectfully, you can love me as a client but not write as if I belong to some mythical or virtual family.
