In over 2 decades of business, I've never seen the level of unprofessionalism that I saw from this company this weekend. Not once

A few weeks back, the DC that this company is involved with had a fire, causing servers and global outages for 2+ days. No worries, this stuff happens.

Unfortunately, as a result of this, the owner decided it would be a grand idea to shut everyone's server this morning and migrate them to another VPS, with literally zero notice. This involved massive downtime, because IP changes and the like

Worse yet, the only notification we got? One email. Not being told when we were migrated. Not being told what our new IP was. We were just given one email, saying "it's happening, deal with it". The owner expects everyone to simply login and check the client area repeatedly

The excuse that the owner gave? "Stability and reputation".... This was just a cop out, however, as, at least one of those servers (the one I was on) was fine, had no stability issues at all and could have remained up at least allowing clients to migrate their own data

There is NOTHING professional about this company. Nothing at all

I rented a VPS in New Jersey for my personal internet projects. Everything is fine, everything suits me. Excellent price. The speed of the server and the speed of the Internet channel are excellent. There were some problems with the server configuration (fuse (snap) support, 2 ip), but everything was resolved through contacting support within 10 minutes at any time. It's great. It is also important to note a large number of payment methods, including even the Russian qiwi service and cryptocurrency (important for those in Russia due to restrictions on other payment methods). Thank you so much for the excellent service.

At first I thought the company was a scam tbh and I was hesitant to buy from them. But now I recommend them to all of my friends.

Great service so far.. The servers are fast even with Asia (where I'm currently in right now) to US data center, and I don't see any problems or issues as if I am using a Singapore/Hong Kong data center, which is the preferable server for Asia users. So far,I'm good.

Just fantastic customer service. Moved 2 small accounts over to them, and both were migrated without fail. There were a couple of hiccups but were fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. Has helped us every step of the way. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. An example of how customer support and service should be. Will be moving the big service over to them shortly and my stress level has decreased big time having already experienced what they are all about.
