ich habe meine Eta bekommen , und Aufgrund von negativen Bewertungen die englische Regierung kontaktiert. Fazit : Dokument ist echt.
Aber viiiiieel zu teuer .

Unfassbar schlecht arbeitende App. Habe für 4 Personen ETA beantragt, oft fliegt man nach 2/3 raus um nach dem 10. Rauswurf zu erfahren, dass man für eine Stunde gesperrt wird.
Von einer App, deren Nutzung verpflichtend ist und die von Regierungsseite betrieben wird, erwarte ich deutlich mehr

Für alle, die eine schlechte Bewertuung abgegeben haben mal ein kleiner Hinweis! Wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil. Bei den Gebühren wird nämlich eine Kostenspanne von 75-99 USD ausdrücklich erwähnt. Diese beziehen nsich auf die ETA selbst und die Serviceleistung des Unternehmens. Gefolgt von dem Hinweis, dass wenn man diese Serviceleistungen nicht wünscht, dass man sich an die offizielle Webseite der britischen Regierungen wenden soll.
Ich kann nur allen Schwachmaten, die zu faul sind die AGB's zu lesen einen gut gemeinten Rat geben:

Quick response and request was well processed. I made a mistake and applied for a visa through their website, even though I do not need help with my visa application. After reading the reviews I was very scared that I would be scammed. However, after sending a email they helped me very well. Good experience and if I do have trouble with my application I will use them.

Bei der Seite handelt es sich um einen Scam. Es werden einem 70 USD berechnet, anstatt die 12£, welche es offiziell sein sollten.
Fraglich ob der Antrag auf ein Visum über diese Seite überhaupt eingereicht wird.

WARNING! This website charge about three times as much for ETA than the official government-charge. And you can't be sure, whether your application is approved by the authorities or not. The adress of the company is in USA, which means, that the consumer protect-laws in Europe don't apply. It is my own fault, but a warning to others. Stay away! Through my job I have access to several consumerplatforms and I will repeat my warning there.

Scam! Sucht man auf Google nach ETA für Großbritannien wird einem diese Seite als erstes Ergebnis angezeigt. Augenscheinlich wirkt alles offiziell, am Ende ist man dann 75 USD los. Ob das ausgestellte ETA gültig ist, bleibt eine offene Frage…

Finger weg!

Ich bin auf der Seite eta-uk.site gelandet um ein ETA für Großbritannien zu buchen, doch leider ist die Seite alles andere als seriös. Nach Bezahlung von 70 USD anstatt von 12,43 Euro bekam ich einen Link, vor dem mein Virenprogramm mich sehr sehr eindeutig warnte ihn zu öffnen. Es warnte mich vor Malware, also habe ich diesen Link nicht geöffnet.
Die ID Nummer hat auch nichts im geringsten etwas mit der UK ETA zu tun, das Original hat 16 Stellen, die von eta-uk.site nur 9 Stellen.

ACCEDER A LA APP DE ETA GOV.UK directamente!
Voy a viajar a UK en breve y ya es obligatorio tener un ETA. La obtención del ETA tiene un coste de £10 (12,50€).
Al hacer la búsqueda en Google aparece esta web. Solicita todos los datos para iniciar el trámite del ETA, y al final solicita los datos de la tarjeta SIN INDICAR EL IMPORTE QUE SE CARGARÁ, es por este motivo que pensé que se indicaría en el siguiente paso para dar la conformidad de pago, pero mi sorpresa fue que lo cobraron directamente sin haber indicado el importe. Al comprobar mi banco vi que me cobraron $75 y solicité reembolso inmediatamente a la web eta-uk.site (26/02/2025) e hicieron caso omiso. Una semana después (6-marzo-2025) de haber solicitado el reembolso, volví a solicitar el reembolso y su respuesta fue la confirmación de haber procesado el ETA (se tardan unas dos horas y un máximo de 3 días en obtenerlo desde GOV.UK). Volví a indicar que no requería el servicio y que procedieran con el reembolso. Al día siguiente me envían el ETA por correo. Volví a solicitar el reembolso y me responden que no se realizará ningún reembolso porque ya me habían enviado el ETA. Les respondí que les había indicado 8 días antes que anularan la transacción y me emitieran reembolso.

ACCESS THE GOV.UK ETA APP directly!
I am travelling to the UK soon and it is now compulsory to have an ETA. It costs £10 (12.50€) to obtain an ETA.
Doing a Google search brings up this website. It asks for all the details to start the ETA process, and at the end it asks for the card details WITHOUT INDICATING THE AMOUNT TO BE CHARGED, which is why I thought it would be indicated in the next step to give the payment agreement, but my surprise was that they charged it directly without having indicated the amount. When I checked my bank I saw that they charged me $75 and I immediately requested a refund from the eta-uk.site (26/02/2025) and they ignored it. A week later (6-March-2025) after requesting the refund, I requested the refund again and their response was confirmation that they had processed the ETA (it takes about two hours and a maximum of 3 days to get it from GOV.UK). I again indicated that I did not require the service and that they would proceed with the refund. The next day they sent me the ETA by email. I asked for a refund again and they replied that no refund would be made because they had already sent me the ETA. I replied that I had told them 8 days earlier to cancel the transaction and issue me a refund.
