AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID! London office just takes your money and sends you to Turkey with no accountability. In fact they are 2 separate companies without even access to medical records of each other. They advertise a very experienced surgeon, but I paid 4000 GBP to get a hair transplant done by a technician! When asked about "doctor's" credentials at first I was ignored for a month, then Istanbul office tried to gaslight me and said I was sedated and don't remember that it was Dr Karabacak (who was not there) and only after a couple of months of escalations with London office, they admitted (to them, not to me) that they lied and in fact Dr Karaback was ill and didn't perform the surgery. No compensation, no apologies, not a single call or email from Istanbul office. London office offered 20% future treatment (no thanks) and just stopped responding after that.

Great place, highly recommended and very professional staff at all times. I have had hair regrowth treatment here and now I am getting laser hair removal which has been great. Dominika is so friendly and super thorough every time I have attended clinic so I love coming here, I’m always super comfortable and reassured. Thank you to all the team they’re great!
