I actually love it. I've been using it for about a month now and I've already seen such a massive difference..love love love

Made a recent order which specifier that “with each bundle set you will receive a free gift” so I decided to go ahead and order 2 set bundles, I thought was a good offer considering each had a free gift. After i put the order in, I realised I would only receive one gift instead of two, so i decided to contact customer service
This was their response:

“The system sees both sets to be one order which is why you were gifted just one free product. To get two, you will have to order for two separate orders. ”

Also I bought a £25 gift voucher which I haven’t received, and again this was their response:

“With the gift cards, they are virtual products that offer you a discounted amount on your purchase anytime you wish to use. Once you are at checkout, you can get in touch for us to generate a code for you so you key that in to activate the amount on the gift card you purchased. ”
What kind of joke is this? Considering I bought a gift card for someone! I should’ve received my code asap with the purchase. Any other respectable company will generate a code asap! Not having to contact customer service for one!

My order was placed in December of 2023. I had to contact them three weeks later. A month later I got my order, the box was ripped open; several products had clearly been opened and spilled in transit or upon delivery; I was denied a return of my funds; and was told I signed up for a membership which I did not. I got extremely sick when I used the facial scrub (two times, a couple months apart, confirming it was in fact the scrub that got me sick)
One of the reps online was named Jemima (hmmm, what immediately comes to mind for you?).
The company is now marketing to non-black woman and I believe new investors have taken hold of this company and are trying to force black females away from the product. Or, if others have become sick, it may be a way to target black women.
If there are any lawyers out there using this product or who know black women who do, I would encourage you to start looking into this company and if there has been any "new" funding coming to them since 2023.
I want to see black companies succeed, but if the only black people profiting are the owners, and others are being hurt, those involved should do some serious reflecting.

SO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE MESSAGES BEFORE EXITING WITH PAYMENT PROCESS . I DID NOT AND I WAS PLACE UNDER A MEMBERSHIP. THEN ONCE I REPORTED THE ISSUE INSTEAD OF RETURNING MY FUNDS THEY DECIDED TO TELL ME A BUNCH OF BULL ABOUT HOW MUCH IM SAVING ETC.

I have used pretty much all of the products and they are brilliant. I ordered the same thing twice by accident, notified the business, they responded the next day and refunded the difference. These products have been made with melanated skin in mind and as long as the instructions are read and patch tests are completed then there should be no problems. Lip balm, travel size hand cream would be great products to add to the collection.

Don’t sign up to the subscription they’ll send once and you keep paying monthly and they never send again. When I reached out to them about not receiving my packages no one responded. I have now cancelled my subscription but it’s such a shame because the products themselves are actually quite good. But I’m not happy being charged every month and not receiving my product.

As a new user, I’m happy with my recent purchase especially the Night cream which I find very soothing, it smells nice too. I know consistency is the key to achieving good results which is why I have just ordered another set of products to help me maintain my skin care regimen. Also, the 50% discount was hard to resist and I wanted to maximize the opportunity.

The only snag was shipping. I was surprised when FedEx contacted me regarding customs clearance at the Canadian border, I just assumed it would be shipped directly to my address without any interruption. Anyway, it was sorted out in the end and I received my goods but at an extra cost.

I have faith that your products will help me with my whiteheads, stretch marks and scars. I’m already beginning to see a positive change (reduced whiteheads) even though I just started using them. I haven’t been consistent I must admit but all that changed this week when I made a conscious effort to care for my skin religiously. I hope to see more positive changes with continuous use.

There was a small delay in the shipping, but as soon as I reached out to customer service, they were on it and had my order shipped out.

As I've gotten older my skin has become very sensitive. Perfumes, chemicals, etc. all break my skin out immediately. Even the "organic" or "vegan" products on the markets are a little deceiving. I had resorted to exclusively using coconut oil because I was so tired of the break outs, but I knew my skin needed more. My mother purchased me the summer body cream last year and I loved it. I felt so confident in the product that I purchased the full skin care line and it did not disappoint. No flare ups, no break outs. My skin is doing amazing. I'm so thankful for the Ava Estelle team putting together quality products.

y skin feels so much better. I should have ordered the Scar and Blemish kit. I will use what I have and order in 2 months or 3 months. My skin feels amazing. I know I have to use it daily . Morning and night. I still see the difference if I use 1x a day for the first few days.

I paid £7 for next day delivery and it came 2 days after purchase. I’ve emailed them and not heard anything back and my comment was deleted from their IG page. I also took the £25 gift card for £10 deal and haven’t had any gift card sent to me (physically or via email). To top everything off, I signed up for the membership which I now want to cancel. It’s clearly itemised on the bill but there’s no record of the membership in my account so how much do you want to bet that I’ll still be charged. At this point it’s theft. I’ll give them a few more days to come back to me but I will absolutely informing Trading Standards if this isn’t resolved.

Bought the whole thing, cream, scrub, shower gel, face wash, used it for months, acne got worse to a point that i had to go see a dermatologist and the first thing he said to me after observation was that “whatever you are using has steroids in it”. Threw everything away after that. I bought these products because they are marketed as 100% natural, but putting steroids in it? Seriously? My skin is so damaged and had gotten so thin because of it that you can literally see the blood vessels in my face. Awful experience! Would have never invested so much money in this if i had known they add steroids in their products. You guys should be ashamed!

Paid for next day delivery .products not shipped until after 5 when l emailed them . Tracking number confirms products delivered , however DPD does not recognize tracking details provided . No one to talk to customer service . Email and texts not replied promptly . Takes money automatically for membership to bill you every month . Very poor service

Read the small print. I purchased products and was signed up for membership without even realising. They take monthly subscription charges of £20 which is used as a credit for future purchases. I never received and confirmation that I was a member let aline be charged. I requested my money back a d cancelled the membership they then sent me an email refusing to refund me and took my credit and closed my account. I purchased these products supporting my people but this is how they say thank you. Well fir this reason will not be buying their products again. I'm really disappointed with this company. You have lost a customer all for £20.00.

I purchased their Magic cream and Activating body scrub, and unfortunately no changes to my skin despite using religionously as instructed. But that is not the biggest scam. How they make their money is with the £20 monthly subscription which converts to store credit. If you are unlucky like me and don't carefully read the fine print this will be taken monthly and when you cancel no refund.
The money back guarantee, unless you are psychic and know the product is not going to work. You need to take before picture as soon as you receive product or less its invalid no refund. Why would you need a monthly subscription for products that last over a month at £20. I so wanted to believe in their product but its a money scam.

Items, did not work.
Had mosquito bite marks and purchased the shower cream, body cream, scrub and magic cream.
The items smell nice thats about it.
Not impressed, does not do what they promote. Should have checked the reviews on this site. .
Fortunately i did not agree for the money to be deducted from my account on a monthly basis thankfully.
No doubt i wont get my money back. But a warning for others, please do your research and check the reviews. This products does not do what they promote and advertise. £40 down the drain.

The money-backguaranteed is an absoute scam. It takes you to a page with a broken link. When I notified the company of this they did not fix it. They offered a full refund and, two weeks later, my emails are now being ghosted. No response when I chased them up. Pretty sad that a company would operate in this way. Not to be trusted.

I brought the magic cream and face scrub. I have never had sensitive skin but it is a little questionable if the products I used a natural. I had a feeling after using like things were crawling on my face, tiny little spots were appearing around my eye brow and really bad itching. I always use tiny amounts of any new product to see how it works but I can't use this at all. I have a new tub and almost full tub I can't use. The magic body scrub also made my skin feel strange. I love to support my people but this just never worked for me

Product does not work made the eczema on my teen worse as it does not have a cooling factor especially the body wash. Out of all the products my teen say the scrub and magix work okay. I also bought the facial set and it has not improve my skin and given me lots of spots. My account got charge with £20 subscription which I did not subscribe. They said it was non refundable. I cancelled subscription but try to log into my account and use benefits of my £20 taken it said that email does not exist which means they took my money, did not refund and remove my account before I can use the benefits even though their correspondence mentioned I have until the end of my month subscription to use the benefit.

This is quite bad. I always try to look at the best of a situation but in this case was quite disappointed.

They need a support group to improve their products and ethical approach. They have the right idea but bad execution.

Great products, great service. In the main I purchase the Winter Body Cream, its amazing, smells divine and lasts long and keeps my skin soft and moisturized! I have been buying from them for over a year and its because the products work and the company provide excellent service. I highly recommend!!
