I have used Essex vets for some years and always received a good service for my dog MrBojangles.only downside was we never seem to see the same vet. They seem to change vets quite often. Until the lovely Thomas recently treated my dog with a bad ear infection. He explains in detail what he advises is best for your pet which is very helpful. Thomas is a great addition to Essex vets and hope he stays indefinitely. All the staff are very welcoming when you arrive they treat your pets likewise.

Rainham Vets Essex have consistently delivered excellent care for my dogs, and I have always been able to secure appointments promptly when required.

First class service as always at Essex vets, staff are very professional with great communication skills & vets are very knowledgeable with sound experience & ethical

I was visiting the area & my dog was have gastric problems. I was given an appointment for the same day. The vet was very caring & after an gentle exam. He gave me assurance & medication.
The staff are efficient, cheerful & caring.
Price was reasonable.

Very welcoming and friendly. Vets are great here, very polite and helpful. Never had a problem. Can recommend the 'plan' if you regularly worm and flea your pet, saves you money, plus there's other things you get with the plan.

My frenchie had an allergy for years and was constantly prescribed steroids with no improvement. I just want to say thank you to the vet at Essexvets who has fixed the problem immediately with totally different medications. For the first time in years she had hair growth back on her paws.

My bulldog had a C-section on Monday, the 20th of April. I just had to write a review because the service she received was outstanding. Extremely professional team of Vets, thank you, Tomas. I’m going to move from my present Vets with all my other girls as I was so impressed with everything that I see. Friendly informative staff.

After a failed trip and illness management from a different vet where our precious cat didn’t get the right treatment , ESSEX VETS were incredible! the main male vet and an amazing nurse Harriet did everything they could to give my baby the help he needed, they were patient and kind and gentle and due to them and their amazing care and recommendations our baby is back at home with us fit and well. Couldn’t have asked for better care for our precious angel. Couldn’t thank them enough!

I cannot recommend Thomas enough. He is truly the best of the best.

He took care of my dog, Lua, with such professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel calm and reassured, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and how much he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and at the same time so warm and understanding.

Lua was in excellent hands, and I left feeling completely confident and grateful. Thomas is an outstanding vet, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Wonderful Vets practice! Dan the Vet who is brilliant - the lovely receptionist, the manager the nurses - everyone I met in the two visits I did recently were so friendly, experienced, professional and caring towards my two cats who both needed a dental clean and one needed a tooth out. I couldn’t praise them enough. I travelled a little out of my area to come here but I’m so glad I did. This is now my new Vet surgery and I’m so glad I found them. Thank you

We just got a puppy and visited rainham vets for the first time.we were very impressed with the service, we were seen on time and everyone there was very helpful.

The staff are very pleasant and so helpful and accommodating the vets are great show great experience and compassion for your pet and explain everything in away you can understand and last year saved my dogs life only thing they should change is to give you a break down on your bill but apart from that it's five stars every time I visit
