Impressed with quality
Bought necklaces with the 2 for 1 deal and I'm very happy with both! They shipped out the following day and arrived quickly, plus the quality is honestly better than I expected. The pendants are beautiful and the chains are solid and don't feel cheap. Writing this before using them much, but hoping they hold up with time.

I ordered a necklace as a gift for my partner with the engraving option. It is an absolutely beautiful neckpiece with a very neat engraving and the overall quality is top notch too. I also like the communication at every stage of the shipping & delivery process, I was kept informed every step of the way. I also like the packaging upon delivery; very well put together.

Misleading Shipping Promises and Zero Customer Support
I placed an order on October 11 within their clearly stated same-day shipping window, expecting it to ship out that day as advertised. It’s now been over 72 hours, and there’s been no shipment update and no response to multiple messages sent through email, their website, and Instagram.
Their “same-day shipping” claim is completely misleading, and the total lack of communication feels unprofessional and deceptive. At this point, it feels like a scam, and I’ll be requesting a refund through my bank for services not delivered.

Cheap chinese junk, you can literally just find the images on your favourite express apps for 1/5 the price and it would get to you quicker. False adverts, false promises, false gold, false hopes. Do yourself a favour buy something better.
