Order arrived promptly and was securely packaged with a nice note from the supplier. I did get feedback overnight when asking for some details about the product. Returns policy could be more prominent on the website as I had to dig to find that. My daughter is thrilled with her ESSA dog which is very expensive for what it is but she is very happy. The dog wasn’t weighted like we thought it might be as an emotional support plush so might be worth adding more to the descriptions to say ‘light weight’. But like a said my daughter loves it and hasn’t put it down! Would be great if you also sold accessories! I’m now having to search the World Wide Web for a harness that fits! Thank you.

We ordered an ESSA teddy for my daughter for Christmas but she decided she did not like the eyes - she is autistic and very particular! I contacted Aida to see if we could exchange and she was more than happy to organise and helped us choose the right one sending us pictures of the dogs available and their eyes so that my daughter could be sure she was going to be happy with the chosen exchange.
Exchange arrived really quickly and even came with a free gift.
My daughter is so happy and I will be saving Aida’s details as I will not be shopping anywhere else for future Douglas teddies!!

Amazing customer service and brilliant products. My daughter is obsessed with Douglas dogs (ESSA’s) and this site is perfect with a great choice. Fast delivery rather than waiting weeks and weeks when ordering from American sites. Paying for great quality and perfect customer service.
