Great shopping and customer experience
Firstly, the products are great value for money, the only place I trust to get me an artisan mousepad in the uk, secondly the customer service was great, I had a missing item from my order which they confirmed was sent out by them and they did a full investigation to make sure they had no issues on their end, as a show of good faith they sent me the £20 8k dongle that was missing for free, they were kind and speedy.
