Amazing experience with the human touch. We enjoyed our booking process with the Eson Direct. The price was lower comparing to booking the ferry directly through the Red Funner. And the most amazing part is that I mixed up the ferry directions and accidentally booked from Isle of Wight to Southampton instead of from Southampton to Isle of Wight. Even though I bought a non-refundable ticket, the team accepted my honest mistake and fully refunded my purchase, so I could book the right trip.

My wife has straight fine hair, over the years I trim it for her because the hairdresser takes 10 minutes and charges £30. It's always been difficult to get a straight cut because the hair slides to an angle as I cut. I tried everything, combs, fingers etc but the hair always slides as the blades scissor blades close on it. After some online information I saw serrated scissors, I did my homework and bought a pair of Kiepe Professional 6.0 from Eson Direct. When the arrived I couldn't see the serrated edge so I took a photo and zoomed in, there was the serated edges, almost invisible but definitely there.
My wife asked about 2 weeks later to trim the back up so I used the new scissors to cut her hair, OMG, what a complete difference, the hair didn't slide along the scissors as the blades closed, it was a fantastic straight cut.
If you ever have this similar problem to me then don't even hesitate to purchase these.

First order with this company so did a small personal order before trusting with the business orders.
Wrong items were sent so had to go elsewhere and buy what I wanted whilst I had to wait for a refund.
Obviously cost me time and money in having to return items I didn’t order.
Will stick with our current supplier. I’d rather not have the variety of brands than poor service. If this had been for the salon it would have caused more inconvenience. No thank you!
