Once again lied to by Escuta office! They called me on 06/26/2025 to try to point the finger at me for saying that everything I said was not true… Damn, why do they have such amateurs who are just looking for reasons why something won't be fixed or shouldn't be fixed. The missing bolts were there, but when they delivered it, they weren't there. I asked where the delivery report was, which shows what was done and checked? In general, I received a promise that they would send me the missing bolts and screws and a new seat, because I still have the broken one, but I was only left with the promise!!!

I bought my bike in august 2024, i crashed it into bush by accident and did quite allot of damage.

I phoned Eskuta and i spoke to lovely lady called Ruth who worked in Customer Service, she was brilliant!
She had an the engineer ' Harry' ring me the next day. he told me me what was broken and ruth sorted out getting it fixed for me the next week!

I have ordered some parts for my bike paid 311£ waited 4 weeks time been I have call every week!!! 1st answer we have some issues with the courier 2nd we had some issues with the bank 3rd going to be posted tomorrow! I just give up asked for my money back ! So I got the bike but can't use spend lots of money!! So every one think twice before you buy any bikes of them!!! No money no bike in the end bike seats in the garage!!!

I paid over £1600 for this bike but customer services just ignore one’s emails. I have emailed 3 times asking for advise to replace the crank with a shorter length, as due to a hip problem I cannot reach the pedal on the right side at 30 minutes past and hurts my hip at o clock (clock face equivalent). I had a similar issue with my tricycle, but in contrast the seller was very helpful, allowing a local bike shop to fit a shorter length crank. No replies or help from Eskuta, yet every week I get an email from them about sales!

I have been a Eskuta customer since as early as 2019 , i currently own the latest Eskuta SX-250 series 4 ( best colour option gloss red ) with a 48v 26a battery ( good for 50+ miles ) the 12 month warranty they provide is top notch all the staff are very professional & they get things sorted very fast so any warranty issues , like a faulty battery or smaller issues like a faulty charger , Eskuta will replace it free of charge via a quick straight forward warranty support form , when submitted a Eskuta approve engineer will then phone you within 12-24hrs to get your issue dealt with, this is why I will be a lifetime customer I have never seen a company treat there customers bike issues with such a professional manner , unheard of for most e-bike companies that are UK based as well , my series 4 that I have right now has never had a single issue , I have covered in excess of 2,600 miles with not one single breakdown in under 6 months , just keep up with you regular maintenance & you won’t come across any major issues , I have owned all the Eskuta SX-250 models that they have sold , I must say the SX-250 series 4 is by far the best model I have owned , very comfortable to ride so you can ride 3-5+ hrs none stop & not get Lower back pain or leg cramps & very good if you do fast food delivery like myself , just make sure you purchase 1-2 more battery & you can work 10-12hr shifts 5 days a week no problem , so here the plus side to owning a Eskuta I can’t ride a single day without at least one person stopping me to take photos or ask details about it , it’s also kind of great because I also run & own a exclusive facebook group called - Eskuta SX-250 exclusive club - witch I opened in April 2023 witch now has over 440 Eskuta members & growing larger by each week that goes by , feel free to join the exclusive facebook group that I run , all the Eskuta staff are members so even when they are closed over the weekends you can report issues faster even on the weekends the staff will reply to posts or comments so it’s like a 24/7 customer service , not to mention the discounts on spare bike parts , or heavy discounts on brand new bikes they also do hire to own bikes with lots of benefits , like free insurance plus warranty free helmet & secure locks , but on the plus side if they can’t fix your bike at your house , then they will pass over a replacement bike so your back on the road the same day , while they take your bike back to Eskuta HQ to repair to a high professional standard then return your bike in a short time frame , so trust me it’s fantastic 😁😁👌👌

After a great start with customer service I found that the quality of service gradually went down. Customer service would promise to call back regarding an issue and not fulfill the promise or afford you the common courtesy of letting you know what is happening. When you fill out an Enquiry form online/email directly, no one bothers to respond even though they promise to get back to customers within 3 working days. Considering my bike is still under warranty and there aren’t any local Eskuta ebike shops to get an issue fixed this attitude does not fill one with confidence and seriously needs to be addressed.

Called and arranged for me to test ride the Eskuta 250 as I am only 5ft and wanted to see firstly if I can get on and feel safe. Nathan offered for me to visit and try one out at their offices. Took myself and my partner around the offices and production line, it was well organised. With apprehension I rode one of these lovely bikes it was so much fun. Harry was also very informative about the bike and explained everything to me.
Would definitely recommend this company and product it is second to none. Do not hesitate if you are in the market for an e-bike.

My experience has been amazing! I had a few questions for customer service before my purchase and A lovely woman called Kayleigh was so helpful! She even managed to arrange that my bike was delivered the next week as they were already in my area doing servicing and deceiving bikes. She called the day before to confirm that my bike was arriving and was so kind! The man delivering my bike gave a detailed run through and answered all my questions….ive seen bad reviews in the battery quality and life so I will give another review once I’ve used the bike for a few months…but so far so good!

I am utterly appalled by my experience with Eskuta, a company that has shown nothing but deceit and disregard for consumer rights. After Eskuta came and took the bike I was purchasing from them, they had the audacity to claim that they hadn’t collected it, when I have clear evidence proving otherwise. They are refusing to issue me the refund I’m entitled to, and instead of acting professionally, they are attempting to take money from my account at their own whim.

I’ve already informed them, with reference to specific legislation, that their actions are not just unethical, but illegal. The Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Credit Act 1974, and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations are just a few of the laws they have blatantly broken. Yet, they continue to ignore the legal framework they’re required to operate within.

Despite being fully aware of these regulations, Eskuta has chosen to ignore the law, and instead of refunding me as required, they’ve gone to great lengths to fabricate excuses and avoid any responsibility. I’ve made it clear that their actions are unlawful, yet they persist in trying to take money from my account without my consent. This behavior is unacceptable.

As a result, I am filing complaints with Trading Standards and the Competition & Markets Authority, and will be pursuing legal action to ensure they are held accountable. They have shown time and time again that they have no intention of fulfilling their legal obligations, and I am determined to get the refund I’m owed.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Eskuta. They do not respect consumer rights and will do everything in their power to scam you out of your money. I would give zero stars if I could, and I am taking this matter all the way to court.

Somebody give an opinion regarding my Eskuta battery suddenly shut-down while it still on 74-75% charge on it? Resulting me stranded on the road helpless with no choice just to pushed it until I got home. Not a good experience even I look after very well the battery w/c is only a yr old.

Shortly after my Eskuta was delivered last year and after only one 20 mile perfect ride, my scooter was hotwired in attempt to steal it!

Arrangements were made for repairs to be made at my home by Josh last Friday, the 17th of January. Joe, the service engineer arrived on time and did a first class job in repairing and installing a new ignition panel.

It was an impressive Display of how service repairs should be carried out

Not ideal for delivery, you can’t get more than 8 miles max and it takes 7 hours to charge the battery, just process that lol. I try to contact customer service few times they just ignored me.

Great service, great product…..will be buying my other son one for Christmas 👍

Avoid Eskuta at all costs!

NEVER Pay them in advance as they will use your money for their business purposes and cancel your deal and then make you beg them for months and months to return your money.

They done Business with our 20k and after 5 months they cancelled the order and their excuse was our ex employee had given you a cheap deal that is loss for their company.

We placed an order of 40 e-bikes on 25 October 2023 and we were told that the only reason they are giving this price if we pay them 20k in advance for the order.

On 26 October 2023 we transferred ESKUTA LTD £20000.- and one of their other employee Kacey B updated the invoices with the confirmation of the payment received & according to the contract deal was that they will start delivering the e-bikes in January 2024 once they get their new container delivered in December 2023.

From January 24 to February 24, we would call them every week for the delivery of our e-bikes and they were telling us that the container is still not here so they can not deliver the e-bikes to us yet.

After sending many emails and calls, Ian & Clare finally called us on 13/03/2024 and told us that they want to cancel this deal as they were not aware of this deal, maybe Clare was not aware but I am pretty sure that Ian was well aware as It is impossible that Ian and their other employees were unaware of the deal as we were sent confirmation emails and also because as the Director of Eskuta, Ian used our 20k which was transferred to his company since October 2023. This is not a small amount that Ian and co were unaware of since October 2023 until March 2024 and they didn't check the emails and invoices that were emailed to us as a confirmation. When we were calling them, we were speaking to different member of their staff regarding the delivery of our e-bikes so they were all aware.

What is the director and Managers job if they are not aware of the company deals for 5 months and receiving an amount of 20k? Is this some type of a joke?

The email we have received from Michael at Eskuta with the deal/contract Kacey B was CC to that email, and we have received email of the invoices from Kacey’s email her self confirming the payment received to them.

They could have cancelled the deal much earlier and refunded our money but they didn’t and used our 20k for their business purposes.

We believe that they were not honest with us and the reason of not refunding our money on time could be that they were in debt and tricked us to make this deal so they can receive 20k from us to take the burden off the expenses that they probably had and to do business with our money to expand their business, otherwise why would you keep our 20k for so long?

After many months when we finally got hold of Ian and Clare on 13/03/2024, they confirmed that they want to cancel the deal and I requested them for an immediate refund of our 20k but they disappeared and after several calls and emails they started refunding in instalments of £5000.- on 18/03/24 and an other £5000.- on 26/03/24.

We paid them 20K and expected a full refund of 20k as we did not agree refunds of 5k instalments that they were paying us.

They were refunding our money in instalments like they were doing some type of favour to us after keeping our 20k for over 5 months. We emailed and called both Ian and Clare for weeks after weeks for the remaining balance to be refunded but they would not reply and were lying to us everytime we got hold of them. There were empty promises and no refund.

After the 10k we received, they did not refund us for months for the remaining 10K and they avoided replying to our emails or speaking to us on the phone.

We were left with no choice other than to apply to the court for our refund and they finally agreed and paid us the last payment on 31/07/2024. It took them 9 months to refund our 20k with the help of the court.

Avoid them at all cost! They are a bunch of liars and they use your money to expand their business and kill your business.

They are so unprofessional that they did not even bother to apologise or offer a compensation after everything they made us go through for 9 months.

I left a negative review as it is my legal right and they threatened me with legal action, I am not a lawyer so I might have made a mistake in the review but now I have amended my review a little without any emotions.

Instead of apologiseing to us for the wrong doings that they did for over 9 months, they feel that it is best to threaten us with legal action over a negative review, which shows what type of people they are and who you are dealing with.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
